Public hospitals are the entities of the medical and health care system,and are the key battlegrounds of solving the difficulty and high cost of getting medical treatment.Full implementation of the comprehensive reform of public hospitals,thoroughly cancellation of all drug addition,is the Party Central Committee and the State Council's decision to deploy,is the priority among priorities of deepening medical and health system reform,is the key to establish a basic medical and health care system,and is conducive to promoting the health care reform,accelerating the construction of Healthy Jiangxi,bringing more well-being to the people,and enhancing the sustainable of socioeconomic sustainable development.In today's society,lasting high prices,rising costs in parallel with low efficiency of the medical service,these problems are far beyond the field of medical service category,and have been directly and closely linked with the social economy and the health status of the residents,thereby are becoming the principal contradiction affecting the harmonious development of the society.There are also some prominent contradictions and problems in public hospitals at present-the profit mechanism to get rid of,the level of external governance and internal management to be improved,personnel salary system that conforms the characteristics of the medical industry to be improved,the layout of the structure to be optimized,reasonable medical order has not yet formed,the burden of medical cost for the residents is still heavy.Before-mentioned urgently need to be solved by deepening public hospital reform and strengthening institution innovation.Facing the new requirements raised by the medical and health system reform and the fierce competition environment,it is of great significance to construct a scientific and reasonable performance management system for the hospitals.The domestic and foreign scholars have analyzed the application of performance management and RBRVS system of the public hospital,and put forward many suggestions and countermeasures in depth.This dissertation takes Hospital C for example to analyze the systemic reform of public hospital has been entirely carried out,through the analysis and comparison of the performance management data of the hospital,confirm that the performance management system based on RBRVS for the hospital does promote the rational allocation of the medical personnel's salary level.
