With the deepening of the reform of medical system in our country,the fierce competition of medical market,in order to build scientific,modernization,elaborating the development of public hospitals,training high pointed excellent medical personnel,to provide quality services to patients,meet the demand of the people's hospital,need to formulate and implement a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system,make it can not only guarantee public welfare of public hospitals,and can stimulate the work and research enthusiasm of medical workers.M hospital,as a public tumor hospital,meets the requirements for the fine development of the medical system.However,in the process of its performance assessment,which is developing continuously with the reform of the medical system,it highlights the problems existing in the performance assessment of China's public hospitals and the difficulties encountered in the process of medical reform.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the performance appraisal of M hospital in the past few years,compares the performance appraisal methods of public hospitals at the present stage,and analyzes and optimizes the original performance scheme by learning and referring to the RBRVS method.Characteristics and actual situation to hospital of specialized subject hospital,optimizing based on the resources of the relative value of evaluation system combined with a balanced scorecard,accord with the actual situation of concrete M hospital a set of scientific and meticulous and reasonable performance appraisal system,selecting two representative department,comparison and analysis in the application before and after the RBRVS performance appraisal performance evaluation,the final analysis it is concluded that adopting the new performance appraisal scheme can better reaction intensity of medical workers work,reduce unnecessary consumption of medical resources,puts forward to create a good atmosphere,resume professional performance review team and perfect the system of the performance appraisal feedback,To provide some help for the fine development of M hospital.
