Research On The Construction Of KPI-RBRVS Performance Management System In Private Hospitals

Hospitals are the foundation of the medical system,the most basic guarantee for people's survival and development,and an important part of improving people's quality of life and happiness.After continuous development,private hospitals have become the largest group of medical service organizations besides public hospitals.However,for various reasons,private hospitals have gradually exposed problems such as low social credibility,high pressure on capital turnover,and high operating costs.It is very unfavorable to the healthy development of private hospitals,and it is impossible to give full play to its responsibility to protect people's lives and health.Creating an efficient and clear performance management system can bring hospitals more results with less effort.This article first describes the basic concepts of performance management and hospital performance management methods,and then through the study of A private hospitals,analyzes the overall operation and problems faced,and finds that its performance management needs to be improved and has a great improvement space.Then according to the actual situation of A private hospital,a KPI-RBRVS performance management system based on a balanced scorecard is constructed.Next,the performance management system was compared with the original performance management method,and finally the difficulties of implementing the KPI-RBRVS system were summarized and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.I hope to provide A hospital with some ideas,which can not only promote its own good development,but also provide better services to people.
