Wrist Ankle Acupuncture Combined With Mecobalamin And Experimental Study On Repairment Of The Sciatic Nerve Harm In Rabbits

Objective: Through the observation of wrist ankle acupuncture combined with Mecobalamin on nerve conduction velocity after sciatic nerve injury in rabbits,investigate the wrist ankle acupuncture combined with Methylcobalamin in treatment of peripheral nerve injury and repair mechanisms in the process,to provide reliable experimental basis for its further clinical application,and further discuss the pathogenesis of peripheral nerve injury.Methods: 33 healthy New Zealand rabbits were selected(17 male rabbits,16 female rabbits)as the experimental object,the left lower limb nerve conduction velocity test for 10 randomly selected,one week after modeling were randomly divided into experimental group(wrist ankle acupuncture combined with Mecobalamin group)and control group(Mecobalamin group)the model group,11 rats in each group.The animal model of sciatic nerve injury was selected by surgical clipping.A week after the surgery,the first left lower limb nerve conduction velocity test on rabbits,then start intervention: the experimental group was given intragastric administration of mecobalamin and wrist ankle acupuncture acupuncture treatment,control group was given Mecobalamin gavage treatment,model group was not given any treatment,for40 consecutive days,and respectively in the treatment of 20 day,40 days after the detection of rabbit limb nerve conduction velocity.Results:(1)Three groups of rabbits after modeling results compared with that before modeling,nerve conduction velocity(NCV)was significantly lower than the level before modeling,and the influence degree of injury of sciatic nerve between the groups of nerve conduction velocity difference(P > 0.05),can be compared.(2)20days after the intervention,compared with before treatment,the experimental group and the control group of rabbit limb nerve conduction velocity were significantlydifferent(P < 0.05),were higher than that of model group,experimental group and control group,the comparison between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),the degree of improvement was no significant difference.(3)After 40 days of treatment,compared with before treatment,each rabbit limb nerve conduction velocity were significantly increased(P < 0.05),the experimental group and the control group increased significantly than that of model group,the experimental group and the nerve conduction velocity improved more obviously(P < 0.05).Conclusion: After sciatic nerve injury,selection can significantly improve the rabbit limb nerve conduction velocity of wrist ankle acupuncture combined with methylcobalamin,and long-term effect is better than the single use of mecobalamin group,to better promote the recovery after peripheral nerve injury,worthy of further clinical promotion.
