Effect On "Two-Step Treatment" With Medicine Of Knee Osteoarthritis

ObjectiveTo observe the improvement of the pain,knee joint mobility and overall function of the"two-step treatment" with medicine in patients with knee osteoarthritis to evaluate the clinical effect of the therapy on knee osteoarthritis.Methods60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules for 4 weeks.For the control group,the patients were treated with "two-step treatment",that is,warm acupuncture with moxibustion.Treatment of knee osteoarthritis,6 days a week treatment,rest 1 day,2 weeks for a course of treatment,continuous treatment of 2 courses.Before and after treatment,visual analogue scale VAS,knee activity,Lequesne score were used to evaluate the statistical data and statistical analysis.To observe the improvement of pain,joint activity and function in the two groups before and after treatment,assess whether the treatment efficacy of the two groups were different.Results1.After two courses of treatment,the VAS,Knee flexion and extension activity,Lequesne score of the two groups were statistically analyzed before and after treatment,P<0.05,statistically significant,indicating that the "two-step" treament with medicine and oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis are effective.2.After two courses of treatment,VAS,Knee flexion and extension activity,Lequesne score of the two groups were statistically analyzed,P<0.05,statistically significant,indicating that the"two-step treatment" with medicine of knee osteoarthritis the improvement in pain,joint mobility,and Lequesne scores was significantly superior to the control group.3.In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 96.7%,the cure rate was 20%,the improvement rate was 76.7%,the recovery rate was 3.33%;the total effective rate of the control group was 76.7%,the cure rate was 6.67%The rate of improvement was 70%,the effective rate was 23.3%;the total effective rate after chi-square test,P<0.05,statistically significant,"two-step treatment" with medicine of knee osteoarthritis is superior to oral administration of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs Diclofenac sodium group.Conclusion1."two-step treatment" with medicine and simple oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory.2."two-step treatment" with medicine is significantly better than oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory diclofenac sodium.3."two-step treatment",that is,warm acupuncture and moxibustion conditioning spleen and stomach method and point prick reinforcement method on knee Osteoarthritis symptoms,knee activity,the overall function of the improvement has a significant effect,is an effective,worthy of promotion Of the treatment program.
