| Purpose: Observation on the clinical effect of Zi Qing Tiaojing soup treatment group ofyin deficiency blood-heat type menstrual extended in30cases, compared with the treatmenteffect Nv Jin Pian group in30cases as control group. Treatment group: treated withtraditional Chinese medicine conditioning, Zi Qing Tiao Jing Tang (Ligustrumlucidum,Prepared rehmannia root, Eclipta, Mustard spike, Radix Scutellariae, Raw land,Radix dipsaci, Dodder, Coix seed, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Rhizoma Cyperi, Cortex Lycii,Caulis Spatholobi, Licorice), begin to take drug, on the third day after menstruation cleanwater to cook, take juice300ml, an agent, the daily morning and evening clothes, suit to thefourth day of menstruation, add fried hemostatic medicine Cacumen Platycladi, Burnet, lotusroot, madder1bags, into the soup, and even served3weeks. Don’t take other drugs,takeChinese traditional medicine during.Control group: Nv Jin Pian, each piece of0.6g,4tabletseach time, oral,2times a day, and even served3weeks. Record before and after treatment inpatients with improvement of symptoms, efficacy evaluation.Results: The comprehensive treatment results:60patients, the treatment group10caseswere cured,8cases markedly effective, effective9cases, invalid3cases, the total effectiverate was90%, control group4cases were cured,3cases markedly effective, effective18cases,invalid5cases, the total efficiency of83.3%, the total efficiency of comparison between thetwo groups there is difference (P<0.05). Group were significantly different between integralintegral and treatment of two groups before and after treatment of symptoms after the group(P <<0.05).Explain two groups can significantly improve the related symptoms, but thetreatment group was better than the control group (*P<0.05). The treatment group, the mainsymptoms and signs were the control group before and after treatment (P<0.05) improvementin the treatment group by time, the color the matter, dry mouth and throat, hand-foot-heart hotside effects than the control group (*P<0.05). Conclusion: It is sure that Zi Qing Tiao Jing Tang for the treatment of Yin deficiencyBlood-heat menstrual extension is good efficacy. Can be used as a validprescription fortreatment of ovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding. |
