| Objective: Observation about Yue Ying Jian add-minus in treating the clinical effect ofmenstrual extension (blood-heat type), studies in patients with symptomatic improvement, fortraditional Chinese medicine in treating menstrual extended provide new clinical experience.Methods: Select from January2011to December2011for menstrual disorder at theAffiliated Hospital of Changchun University of TCM gynecology outpatient, Meet the criteriaof30patients with menstrual extension, mainly clinical syndrome differentiation toblood-heat type. About Yue Ying Jian add-minus in treating3menstrual cycles, observationof curative effect.Results: Comprehensive treatment of results:30patients, heal9cases, cure rate of30%;having an effect in12cases, the efficiency of40%; effective7cases, effective rate23.33%;invalid2cases, inefficient6.67%. Total effective rate of93.33%, the treatment results areobvious. The integral comparison before and after treatment of symptoms, P<0.05,statistically significant. The menstrual duration and curative effect the correlation analysis,P<0.05, a statistical significance. Correlation between age and efficacy analysis, P>0.05, wasnot statistically significant.Conclusion: It is sure that Yue Ying Jian add-minus for the treatment of menstrualextension (blood-heat type) is good efficacy, safety and reliability. Can be used as a validprescription for treatment of ovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding. |
