Objective:In this study,the nursing staff of a county hospital in Qiqihar City was selected as the research object,and the "Nursing Personnel Adverse Event Report Cognitive and Attitude Survey Scale" was selected as the tool for the investigation and study.The multidimensional knowledge of the nursing staff And the attitude of the nursing staff,by analyzing the general demographic characteristics of nurses(age,age,title,education,department,training,etc.)on the impact of adverse events reported to understand the factors that hinder the staff reported,and then And puts forward some countermeasures for the purpose of improving the level of scientific research of nursing staff.At the same time,it provides some basis and reference for the research and comparison of relevant research.Methods:Extensively reviewed the adverse event reporting system,adverse events report the attitude and attitude of Chinese and foreign literature,for the development of the study provides a theoretical support and method reference.A questionnaire was used to study the nursing staff of a hospital in Qiqihar city.A total of 235 questionnaires were issued.The questionnaire was 226 copies.The questionnaire mainly includes the basic information of the nursing staff and the cognitive attitude of the nurses' bad event report(the questionnaire adopts 5 dimensions as the carrier,including the report cognition,the punishment environment,the department culture,the execution intention,the department culture,the management Expect a total of 28 entries),while analyzing the basic information of nurses on the attitude of nursing staff adverse events reported.In this study,we use Epidata3.0 to double the data and establish the database,and use the statistical software SPSS 20.0 for data processing and analysis.Using the variance analysis,t test and other statistical methods to P <0.05 on behalf of the difference was statistically significant,and then in-depth analysis and comparison of nurses adverse event awareness and attitude.Results:1.Nurses' awareness and attitudes towards adverse event reporting are generally at a moderate level.2.Nursing staff on the adverse events reported and cognitive dimensions in the age,title,education,departments,marriage,age,gender and other aspects are different.In the age and age of age,the younger,the shorter the degree of care work,nursing staff on the adverse events reported that the lower the cognitive and attitude score;in terms of titles,no job titles or lower grades of nurses in the cognitive level,The performance intention of the two dimensions than the senior title of the nursing staff score;marital status and gender adverse care report on the perception and attitude of the impact is not obvious,only in individual dimensions of the differences;Attitude scores are also different among different departments.3.In the basic data of nurses,age is one of the important influencing factors of cognition and attitudes of nursing adverse events.The differences of the three dimensions of cognition,execution intention and punishment environment among nurses of different age groups are statistically significant(P <0.05),and there was no statistical significance in the two dimensions of departmental culture and management expectation(P> 0.05).(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference 29.20% of the nursing staff that should abolish the relevant qualifications of qualified personnel,26.11% of the staff that should be implemented on the quality assessment of the department punitive
