Clinical Study On Self-made Zishui Ningxin Recipe In Treating Heart And Kidney Failure Before And After Menopause

Objective: To observe the clinical symptoms and serum FSH value,LH value and E2 value improvement of self-made Zishui Ningxin recipe for menopausal syndrome and kidney failure,objectively evaluate and judge the clinical efficacy and safety of self-made Zishui Ningxin recipe,explore and study a safe and effective treatment method suitable for menopausal syndrome and kidney failure in Kunming area,further explore the theoretical significance of the recipe,improve the clinical efficacy,in order to relieve the trouble for more women,make it smooth and happy through the special period before and after menopause.Methods: 60 patients with heart-kidney failure before and after menopause who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Oral self-made Zishui Ningxin Fang and Wu ling capsule were given,continuous medication for 1 month as a course of treatment,if there is menstrual period to stop taking,monthly observation of treatment effect,continuous observation of 3 courses of treatment.The clinical symptoms,diagnostic indexes and safety indexes of the patients before and after treatment were observed.The clinical symptoms were as follows: general symptoms waist soreness,asthenia,dizziness,forgetfulness,palpitation,easily surprised,upset,insomnia,emotional disorder,menstrual cycle,menstrual volume and menstrual color.The diagnostic indexes were serum FSH,LH and E2.The observed safety indexes were liver function(ALT,AST),renal function(Cr,BUN,UA).Results: The two groups before and after treatment of self-control,the main efficacy observation indicators: two groups before and after treatment of clinical symptoms score comparison(P<0.05),has statistical significance,there are significant differences;The levels of sex hormones in the two groups before and after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with clinical symptom score,menstrual symptom score(P<0.05),with statistical significance,there were significant differences;Total symptom score and systemic symptom score(P>0.05),no statistical significance,the difference was not significant;There was no significant difference in sex hormone level between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the two groups after treatment of menstrual symptoms,menstrual advance,menstrual delay,menstrual quantity less(P<0.05),statistically significant,there are significant differences,menstrual quantity,menstrual color(P>0.05),no statistical significance,the difference is not significant.Two groups before and after treatment control,control group after treatment,safety index comparison(P>0.05),there is no statistical significance,the difference is not significant.Conclusion: The self-made Zishui Ningxin recipe can effectively improve the symptoms such as waist soreness,asthenia,dizziness,amnesia,palpitation,easily surprised,upset,insomnia,insomnia,emotional disorder and menstrual cycle,menstrual volume and menstrual color of menopausal patients before and after menopause.It can also improve the serum E2 value,reduce the serum FSH value and LH value.The total curative effect is equivalent to Wuling capsule,but it is better than Wuling capsule in improving the early menstruation,menstrual delay,and menstrual volume.At the same time,there was no abnormal liver function and renal function during the treatment.This indicates that Zishui Ningxin recipe is safe and effective in treating the syndrome of heart-kidney failure before and after menopause.it can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,correct the level of sex hormones,regulate endocrine function,effectively relieve the symptoms before and after menopause,and improve the quality of life of patients before and after menopause.
