Clinical Observation Of Ningxin Zishen Recipe Plus Zopiclone In The Treatment Of Heart And Kidney Insomnia

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical curative effect of Ningxin Zishen decoction plus zopiclone tablet in the treatment of insomnia of heart-kidney-incompatibility type,and to provide a new idea and method for the treatment of heart-kidney-incompatibility.METHODS:Information collected from September 2016 to December 2017 in consecutive consultations were conducted in the Dongzhimen Hospital Encephalopathy specialist clinic and in the psychiatry clinic of Huairou Anjia Hospital in Beijing.Do not worry about patients.The patients were randomly divided into three groups,33 in each group,and 91 in the final.The traditional Chinese medicine group(1 group)took Ningxin Zishen addition and subtraction of traditional Chinese medicine granules,western medicine group(2 groups)took zopiclone tablets,and the combination group(3 groups)took Ningxinzishen side plus and minus combined leptoclonin Observe the differences in clinical efficacy between the three groups.TCM syndrome score scale,PSQI scale,SAS scale,SDS scale,etc.were used as evaluation criteria.This article uses excel software for data input,SPSS20.0 data analysis software,statistical analysis of relevant data,with P<0.05 as a significant standard.Research result:Efficacy of TCM syndromes:The total effective rate of group 1(TCM group)was 90.3%,the total effective rate of group 2(Western medicine group)was 41.9%,and the total effective rate of group 3(combined medication group)was 96.61%,1.2 The two groups P=0.000,1,3 p=0.334,2,3 p = 0.000,indicating that the clinical efficiency of TCM group 1 and 3 is better than 2 groups,and the effective distribution of Chinese medicine group and combination drug group quite.The total effective rate of the PSQI:1 group(Chinese medicine group)was 77.4%,the total efficiency of the group 2(Western medicine group)was 71%,and the total number of sleep groups of the 3 group(combined group)was always Efficiency 96.6%.One group and two groups P=0.562>0.05;One group and three groups p=0.029<0.05;Two groups and three groups p=0.008<0.05,so 1(Chinese medicine group)and two groups(west medicine group)The efficacy of improving PSQI scores was equivalent,and the efficacy of the three groups(combined medication group)on improving PSQI scores was better than that of the first group(Chinese medicine group)and the second group(Western medicine group).SAS:The total effective rate of Group 1(TCM)was 64.5%,and that of Group 2(Western Medicine Group)was 61.3%.The total effective rate of group 3(combined medication group)was 93.1%.The efficacy of group 1 and group 2 was similar in improving SAS scores,and group 3 was superior to group 1 and group 2 in improving SAS scores.The total effective rate of SDS:Group 1(TCM)was 54.8%,the total effective rate of Group B(Western Medicine Group)was 58.1%,and the total effective rate of Group 3(Combined Drug Group)was 86.2%.Group 1 and group 2 had similar efficacy in improving SDS scores,and group 3 was superior to group 1 and group 2 in improving SDS scores.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Ningxin Zishen decoction plus zopiclone tablet in improving SDS,SAS,and PSQI in insomnia patients with heart-kidney and kidney insufficiency is better than that of zopiclone alone and Ningxin-Zi-shen-decoration alone.However,in the improvement of TCM syndromes,the efficacy of the combination drug group was similar to that of the Ningxin Zishen prescription alone,and was superior to that of the L-picolone alone group,and no significant toxic and side effects were observed.
