| Objective:This research would observe the therapeutic effeet of Zi Shen Ning Xin Decoction which from my tutor'experience on patients who are suffering from Menopausal Syndrome caused by incoordination between Heart and Kidney Type, To Study on improvement of symptoms and sex hormone levels and Try to explore its potential mechanism.Methods:1.All patients were selected by some special conditions. Then 60 patients were divided randomly into two groups with 30 in each:the treatment group was given Zi Shen Ning Xin Decoction, the control group treated by kun tai capsule.2.Filled TCM symptoms score and clinical symptom score forms by using the international Kupperman Grade of two groups before treatment, then recorded them again after 2 months treatment.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by observing the changes of patients symptoms after treatment by two months.3.Record the serum sex hormone of two groups before treatment, and recorded them again 2 months after treatment{ Patients of the two groups, by 3 to 5 days in the first and third menstrual cycle after treatment, were collected blood to determine the level of sex hormone, including luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH),estradiol(E2),(with the chemilumine scence immunoassay method), for menopause patients can choose any day the determination of these indicators of blood were collected}. Analysising of the efficacy of the drug to provide a clinical basis for the treatment of menopause. 4.And to research the relevance between elinical effieacy and age, duration of menstruation,duration, duration and course of treatment.Results:The clinical effective rate is 90% in the treatment group,it is 63.3% in the control group,efficiency of the treatment group is superior to the control group.After treatment, The scores of TCM symptoms and Kupperman is lowered significantly (P <0.05),and the contrast differences between the two groups after treatment is a significant (P<0.05). Zi Shen Ning Xin decotion can siginificantly improve women perimenopause in patients with the main symptoms of hot flashes,sweated palpitation,insomnia four of the symptoms improve the situation significantly better than the control group (P<0.05); while in waist and knees are wea,dizziness tinnitus,much dream and frighted easily,abnormal emotional and other syptoms compared with the control group improve the situation significant difference (P>0.05).the two groups after treatment of the content of including luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), estradiol (E2) are similar to before treatment,the difference was not significant(P>0.05), And the serum sex hormone between the two groups before and after there is not obviously a significant(P>0.05).Clinical correlation analysis:the treatment group' s efficacy is no significant correlation with age and menstruation,(P> 0.05), thr shorter duration and the more light of the disease, the better effect (P<0.05).Some patients in the control group have adverse reactions, but the treatment medicine group has no adverse reaction.Conclusions:1. Zi Shen Ning Xin decotion on evidence from premenopausal and postmenopausal deficiency of Heart and Kidney Type deliver a significant clinic effect,also it has not yet found any side effects.2. Zi Shen Ning Xin decotion before and after menopause can significantly reduce the symptoms of various permits and overall scores,to improve clinical symptoms in Hot flashes,sweated,insomnia and palpitation than Kun Tai capsule.3. Zi Shen Ning Xin decotion can not significantly improve the serum E2,FSH,LH content and the role of its mechanism needs further study. |
