ObjectiveGestational diabetes is a common disease in pregnancy complicated with disease, its incidence is gradually increasing trend in recent years. The chi square test was used to compare the two groups, treatment group in improving the symptoms of the type of deficiency of spleen-kidney was better than that of control group.3. The control group and the treatment group with gestational diabetes complications and cesarean section compared, Statistically significant differences(p<0.05), significantly better than the control group the treatment group curative effect, explain the treatment group in reducing gestational diabetes complications significantly better than the control group.4. The control group and the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus perinatal outcome comparison, with statistically significant difference (p<0.05), the treatment effect is better than that of control group, Shows that in the treatment group improved treatment outcome of perinatal infants were significantly better than the control group.ConclusionsCompared to the control group and the treatment group of biochemical index, suggesting that the different intervention methods in the control of the fasting glucose,2 hour postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol, triglyceride have certain effect.
