The Clinical Observation Of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction In The Treatment Of Dam Pness-heat TyPe Eczema In Winter

Objective: According to the clinical observation and com Parison of the treatment of winter Dam Pness-heat ty Pe eczema Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction and Gentianae decoction for Purging liver fire.Methods: Sixty Patients were divided into treatment grou P and control grou P(30 cases)by SPSS.All Patients come to the hos Pital between October 2015 and March 2016 or between October 2016 and March 2017.The 30 Patients of treatment grou P oral traditional Chinese medicine Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction and the control grou P oral Gentianae decoction for Purging liver fire,two grou Ps Patients were also used triamcinolone acetonide cream and allantoin cream in the hos Pital,2 times a day.The treatment cycle was 2 weeks and was followed once a week.The clinical indicators are Eczema area and severity index(EASI)and visual analogue scale(VAS).Results:(1)EASI score analysis: After 1 week of treatment,EASI score of two grou Ps was tested by inde Pendent sam Ple t test,P <0.05,it has statistically significant;After 2 weeks' treatment,two grou Ps of EASI score by se Parate variance estimation t?test,P <0.05,it also has statistically significant.Efficacy assessment: the treatment grou P: 13 cases were cured;16cases worked;1 case was effective;0 case was ineffective.The control grou P: 2 cases were cured;15cases worked;10 case was effective;3 case was ineffective.According to Wilcoxon Mann-Whitney test,P <0.05,it has statistically significant.(2)VAS score analysis results: After 1 week of treatment,VAS score of two grou Ps was tested by inde Pendent sam Ple t test,P <0.05,it has statistically significant;After 2 weeks' treatment,two grou Ps of EASI score by se Parate variance estimation t?test,P <0.05,it also has statistically significant.Efficacy assessment: the treatment grou P: 7 cases were cured;20 cases worked;2 case was effective;1 case was ineffective.The control grou P: 4 cases were cured;12 cases worked;10 case was effective;4 case was ineffective.According to Wilcoxon Mann-Whitney test,P <0.05,it has statistically significant.Conclusion: The effect of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction is better than that of Gentianae decoction for Purging liver fire and the effect is relatively fast,which is worthy of clinical a PPlication.And it have no side effects.
