A Modern Literature Study On The Clinical Application Of Ephedrae Forsythia Decoction In Treating Skin Diseases

Purpose: through to the Mahuang lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction in the treatment of skin disease clinical research literature summary, discusses zhang zhongjing by party "Mahuang lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction " in clinical application and prospect of dermatology.methods: We searched the CNKI( 1982 to 2014), VIP database(1982 to 2014), Wanfang database(1982 to 2014) collected the clinical literature about using Mahuang lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction to treat skin diseases, analysis summary Mahuang lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction in dermatology application scope, the party of medications to treat skin disease, symptoms and curative effect.Results: in the included 81 articles, this paper contains 1142 patients with skin disease, treatment the total effective rate was 96.32%. Mahuang lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction mainly used to treat diseases as follow: urticaria, eczema, contact dermatitis, angioedema and seborrheic dermatitis among allergic skin diseases; chicken pox among viral skin diseases; psoriasis among papulosquamous skin diseases; allergic purpura among skin vasculitis; acne among sebaceous glands and sweat glands dermatosis; pruritus among neurological and mental diseases. Among all these diseases, that most frequently treated by Mahuang lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction in clinic were urticaria, eczema and psoriasis.Etiology and pathogenesis of diseases treated by Mahuang lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction are due to external evil such as wind, dampness and heat, which attacking the superficies, the muscular interstices being stagnated to cause disease, or because of dampness and heat stagnating inside the body for a long time, re-infecting external evil, qi stagnating inside the body, evil on surface of the body cannot be relieved and remains leading to skin diseases. Clearing away heat and dampness, releasing lung and eliminating pathogenic factors were therapeutic principle throughout whole treatment process, the original prescription is rarely used, often modified according to symptoms.Conclusion: 1.Mahuang lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction treatment of diseases in Department of dermatology is the main cause in the damp heat, outside the form of evil. 2.Studies in the literature involving the CPC 1142 patients with skin diseases, including 672 cases of patients with urticaria, 204 patients with eczema, 123 cases of patients with psoriasis is clinical application of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction in the treatment of many skin diseases, accounted for 87.48% of total medical record. 3.Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction drug usage rate in order to 99.70% of ephedra, forsythia 99.60%, Chixiaodou 99.80%, 77.07% of cortex mori radicis, almond 57.56%, 29.17% of ginger, jujube 40.39%,70.24% licorice.
