To Explore The Curative Effect Of Sweating Method To A Syndrome Of Psoriasis Vulgaris Named Biaobiliyu By 22MHz Ultrasound

This article contained two parts.Theoretical research is the first part,and clinical study is the second.The first part:This part was divided into two chapters.Chapter one introduced the sweating method treatment of ancient and modern research overview with psoriasis vulgaris,including ancient literature to the etiology and pathogenesis of psoriasis,historical evolution,formula sent medicine records,modern knowledge of this disease,development and treatment methods.Chapter two introduced imaging technology(including the confocal laser scanning microscopy and high frequency ultrasound)in the development and application of dermatology,and research results in the treatment effects of psoriasis.The second part:Objective:To explore curative effect of Decoction of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou to a syndrome named Biaobiliyuof psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:40 cases of patients with plaque psoriasis was selected in Department of Dermatology,Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.We tried to observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of sweating method through randomized,controlled clinical trials.The cases was divided into 2 groups,20patientseach group.The treatment group was given Decoction of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou orally,and the control group was given the same medicine except Shengmahuang,Chuanguizhi,jingjie and Fangfeng.The correlation value of 22MHz ultrasound and conventional PASI score was compared before and after treatment.Results:1.After 8 weeks of treatment,the PASI score and 22MHz ultrasound result of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.Effective rate of the PASI score was 80.0%in the treatment group,while 45%in the control group.And effective rate of 22MHz ultrasound was 85%in the treatment group,while 55%in the control group.The effective rate of22MHz ultrasound was a litter better thanthe PASI score.But there was no difference statistically(p>0.05).Conclusions:The treatment group had better clinical curative effect on plaque psoriasis,and was significantly better than the control group.Decoction of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou is an effective prescription for treating the syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris named Biaobiliyu.22MHz high frequency ultrasound is safe and reliable method to evaluate the efficacy of psoriasis vulgaris.It worths promoting.
