Clinical Observation Of Huotanfuzhengdingxian Decoction In Treatment Of Poststroke Epilepsy (Wind-phlegm Blocking Orifices Syndrome)

Objective:This topic through the poststroke epilepsy with syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking orifices clinical observation,further discusses the Clinical adaptation syndrome of Huotanfuzhengdingxian Decoction,evaluates its efficacy and security for the treatment of poststroke epilepsy.Methods: This study by observing the patients who have poststroke epilepsy with syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking orifices and visit clinic in the second affiliated Henan province hospital of TCM,chooses 30 cases who are in accordance with the inclusion criteria as test objects.All patients into the group were given Huotanfuzhengdingxian Decoction on the basis of the original treatment.By 12 weeks of treatment period and observing period of 4weeks to open their own controlled follow-up study.Before and after treatment to observe and record seizure frequency,TCM syndrome score and electroencephalogram(EEG).To evaluate Huotanfuzhengdingxian Decoction's efficacy and security from seizure frequency,TCM syndrome score,EEG,security Index and adverse events.Results:1.In the observation of 30 cases,from the aspects of seizure frequency,the controlled accounted for 13.3%,the significant effect accounted for 3.3%,the effective accounted for50%,improve accounted for 26.7%,no effective accounted for 6.7% The total efficiency is66.7%.2.Frequency efficient curative effect in statistics,2 test for various types of attacks,P=1.0,seizure frequency effect of the differences between various types of no statistical significance.3.TCM syndrome score of each attach type before and after treatment by t test,in addition to the SPS type P=0.205,the rest of the three types of attack more P values are less than 0.05.4.EEG results before and after treatment by 2 test,P=0.672.5.During the test,there are 1 case(3.3%)patient with mild adverse reactions,and did not stop the medication,alleviates automatically.The rest were observed no adverse reaction occurred.The security of all cases after treatment outcome also did not see the obvious exception.No cases of exit for serious adverse reactions.Conclusion: Huotanfuzhengdingxian Decoction in the treatment of poststroke epilepsy with syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking orifices has good clinical efficacy and security.Apply to reduce the attack frequency of different types of attacks.It can improve patients' TCM syndrome score who have other types of attacks in addition to the SPS type.And this decoction has low incidence of adverse reactions,can be tolerated.But for EEG abnormal discharge treatment effect is not obvious.
