Clinical Research Of Tianma Banxia Decoction In The Treatment Of Vestibular Migraine(Caused By Wind And Phlegm)

Purpose: Objective To provide a new method for the treatment of vestibular migraine,and to provide a new method for the treatment of vestibular migraine in order to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Tianma Banxia Decoction in the treatment of vestibular migraine.Method: 108 cases of vestibular migraine with vestibular obstruction were selected and divided into 36 cases of traditional Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and combination group.Chinese medicine group was treated with Tianma Banxia Decoction.The western medicine group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule.The combination therapy group was treated with the above two drugs.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.The patients were treated with vertigo(wind and phlegm obstruction syndrome)Symptom score,dizziness disability scale(DHI)score,health status scale(SF-36)integral.At the 8th week and 12 weeks after the end of treatment,the recurrence rate was observed.Result: The total effective rate was 87.88%,which was better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group(73.53%)and the western medicine group(51.43%).The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(P <0.05),the combination group was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group(P <0.05),the Chinese medicine group was superior to the western medicine group(P <0.05),the difference was significant(P <0.05),the difference was significant Statistically significant.The patients were followed up at the 8th and 12 th week after treatment.The recurrence rate was lower in the traditional Chinese medicine group and the combination group than in the western medicine group.Conclusion: Tianma Banxia Decoction is effective and can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the dizziness disability scale points,improve the health status score and quality of life,and have obvious effect on the control relapse rate.
