The Study Of Status And Influencing Factors Of Quality Of Life In Patients With Convalescent Stroke

Objectives:To understand the status of life quality of patients with convalescent stroke and analyze their influencing factors,so as to provide information and reasonable suggestions for health care workers to improve the quality of life and rehabilitation of patients with convalescent stroke.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the general information questionnaire,the stroke impact scale?SIS?,the Hamilton Depression Scale?HAMD?,Social Support Rating Scale?SSRS?to collect patient information;the description of quantitative data such as scale score is indicated by^???+S,and the description of counting data of gender is adopted as the number of cases?n?percent?%?;the single factor analysis was performed using two independent samples t-test or one-way ANOVA.Quantitative data were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis,and the influencing factors of quality of life were screened by retrogression method in multiple linear regression analysis.Results:Of the 73 patients with recurrent stroke,there were 34 cases of post-stroke depression?PSD?,the incidence rate was 46.6%;19 cases of stroke patients lacked social support,accounting for 26.0%;the depressive mood was negatively correlated with social support,Depression is the risk factor of the quality of life of patients,the high degree of social support and the high level of education are the protective factors of the quality of life of patients.Conclusion:The quality of life of patients with convalescent stroke is related to their educational level,depression and social support.Medical staff should guide their families'caregivers for different types of patients,increase emotional care and social support,establish patient rehabilitation confidence,and improve the quality of life of stroke patients during convalescence.
