In the healthy system, the human healthy resource is the most important part and mosactive factor, related to the success of the medical reform and service for people’s healthy.And it is also the most active factor in healthy work. Besides, it plays a decisive role thatusing the advanced scientific knowledge to analyze the current situation of medical humanresources and to strengthen the health human resources planning and management andpromote the health work.With reviewing and comparing the theory of healthy human resource management ofdomestic and overseas and investigating the current situation of Zibo, this article uses themethods of investigation, literaturere view and qualitative research to take an analysis for it.Through analyzing the actual situation of human healthy resource in Zibo, we find out someproblems about the human healthy resource management and give some solutions to theproblems at last.This article is divided into five chapters with the structure. The first chapter isintroduction, describing the research background and necessity of human healthy resources indomestic and overseas. The second chapter introduces status of human healthy resourcemanagement in Zibo. The third chapter analyses the exiting problems and reasons in humanhealthy resources management of Zibo. Combining the character is ticof ourselves, the fourthchapter gives some measures and recommendations about management and some measures tosolve the problems. Through the analysis, the suggestions are as follows: improve the qualityof healthy personnel; optimize the structure of human healthy resources; adjust thedistribution of human healthy resources; transform the management of healthy professionaland technical personnel; strengthen the training of the general practitioner and specialist.The article studies the human healthy resources management with theory and practice.Taking Zibo as an example, it gives some thoughts and methods to solve the problems frommacroscopically to microcosmic. What’smore, it gives some areas with similar to Zibo asreference and make sdue contribution to promote the health development with comprehensive,harmonious and healthy.
