Clinical Research On The Treatment Of External Humeral Epicondylitis By Adjusting Tendons And Acupuncture

Purpose:Using single blind random control method group"Adjust tendons and acupuncture method"and"acupuncture"on the External Humeral Epicondylitis of the clinical curative effect,for the clinical treatment of External Humeral Epicondylitis infection to find a more efficient,convenient,economic treatment,easy to promote.Method:Observation of 60 patients with external humeral epicondylitis(patients from changchun university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and orthopaedic clinic and healing area),by a single blind randomized experimental design,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 patients in each group.Observation group uses the method of adjusting tendons and acupuncture,control group adopts the"acupuncture".Through the statistical analysis.Treatment of the first two group of patient's age,gender,duration,the observation indexes had no difference,comparable.Compare two groups of treatment(18 days)after three treatment the curative effect,and data statistical analysis,after treatment with P<0.05said results the two groups have statistical significance.Result:The VAS score after treatment group was 1.23±0.77,the control group was3.9±1.12,statistically significant grade differences between two groups(P<0.05);For the PFG observation group after treatment was 37.63±8.33,the control group was 26.77±6.93,the score difference between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05);For the Mayo was 89.97±4.8 score after treatment group,control group was 78.87±4.55,statistically significant grade differences between two groups(P<0.05).Clinical observation index statistics results show that the observation group were superior to control group,the group has the significant effect than the control group.The observation group total effectiveness 93.33%,control group total effective rate 83.33%.The rank and inspection,P=0.036,efficient statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Observation group total effective rate is better than the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of external humeral epicondylitis by adjusting tendons and acupuncture has the very good analgesic effect,can improve the painless grip strength of the limb,promote the recovery of elbow joint function.The treatment~'s time of external humeral epicondylitis by adjusting tendons and acupuncture is short,is easily accepted by patients,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
