Clinical Study Of Guizhi Fuling Pill In The Treatment Of Endometriosis Conservative Treatment Of Postoperative

Objective: Through the observation of endometriosis after conservative surgery patients treated with Guizhi Fuling pill consolidation therapy and postoperative medicine application of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(Gn RH-a)to consolidate the treatment of patients,the clinical symptoms,curative effect,recurrence and adverse drug reactions on the merits,the clinical superiority of Guizhi Fuling pill in the treatment of endometriosis patients after conservative surgery.Methods: Methods from January 2015 to September 2016,the first open or laparoscopic conservative surgery was performed in the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University,and 60 patients with endometriosis were confirmed by pathology.Take a random method,the patients were randomly divided into Chinese traditional medicine group(30 cases)and Western medicine group(30 cases);in addition to select endometriosis after conservative surgery,to patients suggested that the application of consolidation medicine treatment,but refused to sign and used as control group(30 cases).Chinese traditional medicine group was given oral medicine "Guizhi Fuling pill",6g/ time,2 times / day,for 3 months(during and after menstruation stopped 3 days);Western medicine group give gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogues(Gn RH-a): subcutaneous injection " Leuprorelin Acetate 3.75 mg/time,1 times /28 day,3 course of treatment;refuse application any drug consolidation therapy after surgery in the control group.The difference of postoperative dysmenorrhea score,serum CA125 level,clinical efficacy,recurrence and adverse drug reactions between the three groups were compared.Results:3 months after surgery,the degree of dysmenorrhea score(Chinese traditional medicine group of 5 cases of mild,moderate in 3 cases,severe 0;Western medicine group 5 mild,moderate in 1 cases,severe 0;control group 9 mild cases,6 moderate cases and 0 severe cases),no significant difference(P>0.05).But after half a year,the degree of dysmenorrhea score(Chinese medicine group of 6 mild cases,3 moderate cases,0 severe cases;Western medicine group 5 mild,moderate in 1 cases,severe 0;control group 12 mild cases,6 moderate cases and 0 severe cases),there was significant difference(P<0.05).The number of serum CA125 decreased 3 months after operation(28 cases in Chinese traditional medicine group,29 cases in western medicine group,25 cases in control group),there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The number of serum CA125 decreased after six months(26 cases in Chinese traditional medicine group,28 cases in western medicine group,21 cases in control group),there was statistical difference(P<0.05).3 months after the surgery of Chinese traditional medicine group(66.67%),the remission rate(33.33%),the recurrence rate(0%),western medicine group(76.67%),the remission rate(23.33%),the recurrence rate(0%)and control group(66.67%),(30%)remission rate,relapse rate(3.33%)no significant difference(P>0.05).After half a year,Chinese medicine group(73.33%),the remission rate(23.33%),the recurrence rate(3.33%),western medicine group(80%),the remission rate(20%),the recurrence rate(0%)and control group(56.67%),the remission rate(26.67%),the recurrence rate(16.67%),there was significant difference(P<0.05).3 months after the effective rate of Chinese traditional medicine group(66.67%),the remission rate(33.33%),the recurrence rate(0%),the effective rate of western medicine group(76.67%),the remission rate(23.33%),the recurrence rate(0%)and the effective rate of control group(66.67%),the remission rate(30%),the recurrence rate(3.33%),no significant difference(P>0.05).After half a year,the effective rate of Chinese medicine group(73.33%),the remission rate(23.33%),the recurrence rate(3.33%),the effective rate of western medicine group(80%),the remission rate(20%),the recurrence rate(0%)and the effective rate of control group(56.67%),the remission rate(26.67%),the recurrence rate(16.67%),there was significant difference(P<0.05).In drug adverse reaction,in which the Chinese traditional medicine in the liver and kidney function damage group(4 cases)and Western medicine group(5 cases)and control group(0 cases),had no statistical difference(P>0.05),but the Chinese traditional medicine group and control group in hot flashes,amenorrhea and vaginal bleeding incidence was significantly lower than the western medicine group(Chinese traditional medicine group were 8 cases,4 cases,7 cases of Western medicine group were 15 cases,11 cases,16 cases of control group were 5 cases,3 cases,8 cases),the results were statistical different(P<0.05).Conclusions:Endometriosis conservative surgery for further Guizhi Fuling pill consolidation treatment of patients with postoperative give Leuprorelin Acetate consolidation treatment,At change in dysmenorrhea score,lower serum levels of CA125 and Clinical curative effect were no obvious difference on the number of cases,but were obviously better than those given consolidation therapy,showed that endometriosis conservative after further given Guizhi Fuling pill consolidation after the treatment of patients with symptoms,laboratory tests,clinical efficacy and postoperative recurrence rate had good effect,and postoperative application of leuprolide to consolidate the treatment had no significant difference;but the application of Guizhi Fuling pill to consolidate the treatment of drug adverse reaction incidence was significantly below the application of leuprolide consolidation therapy,especially significantly reduce the postoperative incidence of hot flashes,amenorrhea and vaginal bleeding,It shows that Guizhi Fuling pill has advantages in conservative treatment of endometriosis after conservative treatment,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
