The Clinical Observation Of Guizhi Fuling Pill On The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B With Hepatic Fibrosis (Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:To observe the effect of modified Guizhi Fuling Pill on hepatitis B liver fibrosis(blood stasis)patients of syndrome,liver function,hepatic fibrosis four,portal vein,splenic vein,spleen thickness,FIB-4 index.Evaluate the efficacy and safety of Guizhi Fuling Pill in the hepatitis B liver fibrosis patients,to explore the mechanism and provide a new therapeutic drug for the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis.Methods: 72 cases of patients with blood stasis type of chronic hepatitis B with hepatic fibrosis are randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group is given Guizhi Fuling Pill while the control group is given Dahuang Zhechong capsule.The course of treatment is 12 weeks.After the course of treatment,observe the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,liver function,liver fiber four,portal vein,splenic vein,spleen thickness,FIB-4 index.Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.P < 0.05 to think that there is statistical significance.Results: 1.Total Efficiency: The total efficiency of the treatment group is 84.4%,while the control group is 61.8%,that of modified Guizhi Fuling Pill in treating chronic hepatitis B with hepatic fibrosis group(blood stasis type)in patients with the clinical curative effect of Dahuang Zhechong capsule group.2.TCM syndromes: after the treatment,the total efficiency rate of Guizhi Fuling Pill group is 93.8%,while the total effective rate of control group is 73.5%,the difference has statistics significance.The results showed that in the treatment of TCM syndrome,the curative effect of modified Guizhi Fuling Pill group than the control group;There was a statistically significant differences in anorexia and abdominal distension between the two groups,It indicated that the Guizhi Fuling Pill group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of anorexia and abdominal distension in treating chronic hepatitis B with hepatic fibrosis group(blood stasis type).3 liver function: There was a statistically significant differences in the improvement of liver function between the two groups.It indicated that the Guizhi Fuling Pill group was better than the control group in liver function in treating chronic hepatitis B with hepatic fibrosis group(blood stasis type).4 liver fiber four: there is a statistically significant differences in the improvement of type IV collagen between the two groups,But there is no significant statistical significance in the improvement of HA,LN,PIIINP between the two groups.That shows Guizhi Fuling Pill treatment group serum type IV collagen is better than the control group.5.Ultrasound.There is a statistically significant differences in the improvement of thickness of spleen between the two groups.But there is no significant statistical significance in diameter of portal vein and splenic vein.Description of modified Guizhi Fuling Pill group in improving the patient's spleen thickness is better than the control group.6.FIB-4 index:Treatment group and control group were significantly lower in patients with FIB-4 index,but the Guizhi Fuling Pill group in patients with lower FIB-4 index is better than that in control group.Conclusion: The supplemental Guizhi Fuling Pill can effectively improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,liver function,hepatic fibrosis four,portal vein,splenic vein,spleen thickness,FIB-4 index of hepatitis B liver fibrosis(blood stasis)patients.It has good clinical curative effect and safety,worthy of clinical promotion.
