| Objective:To observe the changes of dysmenorrhea symptom score,Cox dysmenorrhea symptom scale,CA125 and other indicators before and after treatment,and to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of herbal-separated moxibustion combined with Guizhi Fuling pill in the treatment of dysmenorrhea of endometriosis of phlegm and blood stasis type,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of dysmenorrhea of endometriosis of phlegm and blood stasis type.Methods:Ninety cases of endometriosis and dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis were randomly divided into herbal-separated moxibustion group,Guizhi Fuling pill group,herbal-separated moxibustion and Guizhi Fuling pill group.Three courses of treatment were given respectively.The dysmenorrhea symptom score,Cox dysmenorrhea symptom scale,CA125 and the overall effect before and after treatment were observed and recorded,and statistical analysis was carried out to evaluate the effect of drug separation Clinical efficacy and safety of herbal-separated moxibustion combined with Guizhi Fuling pill in the treatment of dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis of phlegm and blood stasis type.Results:Ninety subjects were included in the study,5 of them fell off in the process,85 of them finished.Among them,there were 29 cases in the herbal-separated moxibustion and Guizhi Fuling pill group group,28 cases in the herbal-separated moxibustion group and 28 cases in the Guizhi Fuling pill group.There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the three groups,which was clinically comparable.(1)Clinical effect:The total effective rate in the group of herbal-separated moxibustion and Guizhi Fuling pill was 86.21%,the total effectiveness of the herbal-separated moxibustion group was 75.00%,and the total effective rate of Guizhi Fuling pill group was 72.43%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effect in the group of herbal-separated moxibustion and Guizhi Fuling pill was significantly better than that of the herbal-separated moxibustion group and Guizhi Fuling Pills group.(2)Dysmenorrhea symptom score:After treatment,the dysmenorrhea symptom scores of the three groups were significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of dysmenorrhea symptom scores among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The herbal-separated moxibustion combined with Guizhi Fuling pill group had a lower dysmenorrhea symptom score than the herbal-separated moxibustion group and the Guizhi fuling pill group.(3)Cox dysmenorrhea symptom scale:After treatment,the scores of Cox dysmenorrhea symptom scale in the three groups were significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Cox dysmenorrhea symptoms in the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The efficacy of the herbal-separated moxibustion combined with Guizhi Fuling pill group and the herbal-separated moxibustion group were better than Guizhi Fuling pill group in reducing the COX dysmenorrhea symptom score(P<0.05).The herbal-separated moxibustion combined with Guizhi Fuling pill group and the herbal-separated moxibustion group had the same effect in reducing the COX dysmenorrhea symptom score(P>0.05).(4)Serum CA125:After treatment,the serum CA125 of the three groups were significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum CA125 among the three groups(P>0.05).The three groups had the same effect in reducing serum CA125.(5)Safety analysis:In the course of the study,only one patient experienced allergy to moxibustion drugs.No other patients were found to have allergies,scalds,or other adverse reactions.The safety indicators were not abnormal,and the safety was good.Conclusion:The herbal-separated moxibustion combined with Guizhi Fuling pill can effectively improve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea,shorten the duration of dysmenorrhea,improve the severity of dysmenorrhea,reduce the level of serum CA125,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.The curative effect is better than that of single therapy,which has better clinical application value. |
