Clinical Observation Of Guizhi Fuling Pills And Shenqi Pills In The Treatment Of Cerebral Infarction Recovery Period (kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Guizhi Fuling Pill combined with Shenqi Pill in the treatment of convalescent renal deficiency and blood stasis of cerebral infarction,and to provide evidence for clinical application.Methods:A total of 60 convalescent patients with renal asthenia and blood stasis type cerebral infarction admitted to the department of encephalopathy in Jiangmen Wuyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2017 to December 2018 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).Patients in both groups were treated with conventional western medicine.Treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment with Guizhi Fuling Pill and Shenqi pills(decoction).The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The curative effect of stroke symptoms,NIHSS score,BI index score and blood-fat level in traditional Chinese medicine were selected as evaluation indexes.The changes of the therapeutic effect evaluation indexes before and after treatment were observed and recorded.Results:1.TCM syndrome score:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(p>0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(p<0.01).The difference of TCM syndrome points between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).Both treatment group and control group can improve TCM syndrome points,and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Integral effect of TCM syndrome:The total effective rate was 80% in the treatment group and 60% in the control group.There were statistically significant differences in the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups after treatment(p<0.05).The effect of treatment group was better than that of control group.3.NIHSS score:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NIHSS scores between the two groups(p>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores of patients in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment in the same group(P<0.01).There were statistically significant differences in NIHSS scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Both treatment group and control group could improve the NIHSS score,and the treatment group was better than the control group.4.Daily life ability:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in BI index scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,BI index scores of patients in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment in the same group(P<0.01).There were statistically significant differences in BI index scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Both the treatment group and the control group could improve BI index scores,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.5.Blood-fat level:Before treatment,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C of the twogroups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,TC,TG and LDL-C in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment in the same group(P<0.01).There were statistically significant differences in TC,TG and LDL-C between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HDL-C between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).TC,TG and LDL-C levels were improved in both treatment group and control group,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:1.Guizhi Fuling Pill combined with Shenqi Pill can effectively improve the effect of TCM clinical syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in convalescent patients with ischemic stroke.2.The combination of Guizhi Fuling Pill and Shenqi Pill with conventional western medicine has better efficacy and safety in improving the degree of nerve function defect,daily living ability and blood-fat level of patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the convalescent stage of ischemic stroke than the conventional western medicine treatment alone.
