Guizhi Fuling Pill is a classic prescription in the Outline of the Golden Chamber written by Zhang Zhongjing,a medical sage.It is a special prescription for Zhongjing's treatment of women's disease.The prescription is rigorous,precise and effective.The purpose of this study is to further systematically collate,summarize and analyze Guizhi Fuling Pills in combination with the understanding and clinical application of physicians and scholars in past dynasties,and to summarize the rules of syndrome and treatment,so as to provide a better basis for clinical prescription selection.For the part of literature review,through collecting and sorting out the progress of modern clinical application and experimental research of Guizhi Fuling pill in recent five years,we can grasp the main disease and clinical scope of Guizhi Fuling pill in modern clinical application,and further expand the application scope and medication ideas of Guizhi Fuling pill by studying its pharmacology.Through the method of literature research,this study studies the syndrome theory of Guizhi Fuling Pill from the aspects of source,article analysis,prescription analysis,medication analysis,disease location analysis,etiology and pathogenesis analysis,symptom analysis,and establishes the modern medical case database of Guizhi Fuling Pill by using modern statistics and Microsoft Excell working table,carries on induction,analysis and statistics,and obtains Guizhi Fuling Pill.Syndrome and treatment of Zhifuling Pill.Through the induction,analysis and statistics of modern medical record data,the conclusions are as follows:1.The causes of Guizhi Fuling Pill syndrome are exogenous pathogenic factors,emotional internal injury,improper diet,overwork,etc.,so that internal organs and Qistagnation,blood stasis and internal knot occur in uterus.The symptoms of Guizhi Fuling Pill syndrome are supraumbilical fetal movement after menopause for 3 months.If the first three months of menopause,the menstruation will be abnormal and the condition of hypoxemia will occur.Three months after menstruation,there is bleeding again,and fetal movement occurs on the patient's conscious umbilical cord,which is also called "symptoms".In the prescription,peach seed and Paeonia peel can activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis,Cinnamon Twig and poria cocos can warm and transport water and dampness to dissipate phlegm and disperse knots,and peony can nourish yin and blood,thus dispelling blood stasis and phlegm,eliminating symptoms and dispersing knots.2.Through collecting 566 modern clinical cases,it is concluded that most of the patients with Guizhi Fuling Pill syndrome are women,mostly occurring in young people aged 16-30 and middle-aged patients aged 31-45.The incidence of the disease in winter is lower than that in spring,summer and autumn.The course of the disease lasts for more than half a year but more than one year.The main symptoms are abdominal pain,dark red menstruation,and red menstruation.Lumbar and knee soreness,its concurrent symptoms are menstrual blood clots,abdominal tumors,abdominal swelling,excessive menstruation,fatigue and other symptoms.Tongue manifestations are mostly dark tongue and blood stasis.Pulse manifestations are mostly astringent pulse and fine chord pulse.Compatibility of drugs is mostly based on the original prescription: Xingqi medicine,Shuihua medicine,Huoxue medicine,analgesic,kidney tonic,Qingre and soft and firm powder,etc.Zhifuling Pill can be used in various clinical departments.As long as the syndrome differentiation is accurate,it can achieve ideal clinical efficacy.
