The Present Situation Of The Admission Processes And Countermeasures Research About Third-levels Hospital

Research objective: Through investigation and analysis about the present situation of the patients' admission progresses about Third-levels hospital.Patients' confirming hospitalization in outpatient service,patients' accomplishing relevant admission processes and entering sickrooms are research object.The investigation understands the service efficiency of the whole admission processes,the situation of the doctor-patient communication,the degree of patients' satisfaction,etc.And discussing the factors which influence the admission processes service efficiency in Third-levels hospital.In order to carry out to optimize and reengineer patients' admission processes.To improve the efficiency of admission processes and the degree of satisfaction of patients who admitted the hospitals.The investigation raises the reference opinions.Research methods: For spectator,we follow 54 patients when they handle admission processes overall process in three hospitals.We know time consuming conditions of admission processes in every step and judge the efficiency of the processes.Through making questionnaire to investigate 205 patients,we know the situation of satisfaction about patients' admission processes.According to the problems in questionnaires and observational methods,we interview with medical stuffs and discuss the rootsResearch results: 1.For patients,to accomplish the whole admission processes,the value of the expectation are 5-15 minutes;2.Through admission processes,oral and written communication are more satisfactory than oral communication;3.Patients are more satisfied with the pattern that the medical stuffs accompany them to handle admission than themselves or their relatives and friends;4.The design of hospital information management system correctly infects the links and efficiency of admission processes;5.Hospitals' medical architectural composition and identity-oriented systems will influence the efficiency of the admission processes and patients' satisfactory degree.Research conclusion: What influence the efficiency of admission processes mainly in Third-levels hospital are communicating ways between doctors and patients in outpatient service,the Top-level design situation of hospital information management system,architectural composition and identity-oriented systems and the situation of the ward beds.Patients' ages,educational levels,admission times,patients' admission accompany situation have statistical significance with satisfactory degree.Countermeasures and suggestions:(1)hospital medical or hospital volunteers accompanied the patients for admission procedures,improve the efficiency of the admission process,improve patient satisfaction,prevent patients loss;(2)to speed up the construction of hospital informatization,build efficient hospital information management system top-level design framework,realize different software platform data interconnection interoperability function,reduce information repeat the operation admission and redundant links,improve the efficiency of admission process;(3)to carry out various forms of payment to reduce the payment queue patients link;(4)improve the efficiency reduce patients waiting for hospital bed time;(5)to simplify the process,establish "outpatient ward-" two station admission process model.
