Objective:(1)Describe the basic situation and characteristics of the trainees who registered 2014-2016 Resident Doctors' Standardized Training in General Practice in Shanxi Province;(2)Describe the degree of satisfaction of the trainees with the training in different training bases;(3)Analyze the impact of personal situation and training bases on trainees' assessment of Standardized Training Regulations;(4)Discuss the shortcomings of the current Standardized Training,and find the next work focus.Methods:The current research reviews a large number of domestic and international literature related to Resident Doctors Standardized Training in General Practice.It adopts a self-made Questionnaire and carries out an online survey based on the survey stars platform.The Questionnaire includes the trainees' personal information,post rotation arrangements in clinical sections in different training bases and communities.It also includes the evaluation of trainees' attendance and income during the training.The collected survey data was analyzed to compare the difference of trainees' degree of satisfaction in different training bases.It also studies the impact of the trainees' characteristics,education,gender and job posts on the degree of satisfaction.Considering the degree of satisfaction as ordered categorical variable and using two or multiple independent samples Kruskal-wallis H-test,it gets statistically significant difference with p-values less than 0.05.The data was analyzed using software office 2010,R3.3.2.The above research is to analyses the problems that currently exist in the standardized training,in order to find the next work focus.Results:(1)The trainees' degree of satisfaction: 55.4% of the overall trainees are satisfied with the training rules and regulations;51.3% are not satisfied with the income during the training.The highest degree of satisfaction is with the way of evaluation.It reached as high as 79.8%.The lowest is with the post rotation arrangements in communities,which is as low as 58.5%.(2)The trainees' gender and education,training features and different training bases have impact on the degree of satisfaction with the training.There are significant different satisfactions on administrative management and income between the male and female trainees(P<0.05).There are significant different satisfactions on income and clinical rotation arrangements among trainees who have different training purposes(P<0.05).The satisfactions on training policy and details are significantly different among trainees in different training bases(P<0.05).The satisfactions on evaluation,theoretical training,income and teaching level are significantly different between formal employees and non-formal employees(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The degree of satisfaction of the trainees with the training is fair(55.4%).But there is a difference compared with other provinces.(2)The trainees are not satisfied with the income during the training.(3)83.5% of the trainees choose to stay in general practice posts after the training.The reason for those who do not choose is that their hospitals do not have such job posts.(4)Unifying teaching methods,standardizing evaluation,raising income during the training and arranging post rotation fairly in communities are the next work focuses.
