Objective:To preliminarily explore the relationship between hyperuricemia and coronary heart disease.Methods:200 cases of patients with hyperuricemia were selected from Cardiovascular Disease Hospitals Of Shanxi Province.Dring these patients,123 cases, with coronary heart disease after coronary angiography, were designed to the observation group,w hose average age was(60.98 ± 10.19)77cases,with the normal results of coronary an giography, were set to the control group, whose average age was(60.03 ± 9.64).Two groups of biochemical indicators will be compared on uric acid(UA),total cholester ol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG),creatinine(Cr),bloo d urea nitrogen(BUN),etc. Results:There are not differences between the observation group and control group of gender, age, history of diabetes, smoking history and drinking history(P<0.05).Ther e are differences between the observation group and control group of the history of hypertension and dysplaemia(P<0.05).There are differences between the observation group and control group of U A,LDL-C,TC(P<0.05).Two groups of logistic regression analysis showes :HUA and TC are the independent risk factors for CHD(P < 0.05).There is a positive correlation between SUA and TCL,DL-C,BMI,FBG,TG;the re is a negative correlation between SUA and HDL-C.Conclusion:Hyperuricemia and TC are independent risk factors for coronary heart disea se,the level of the blood uric acid and TC are higher, the higher the incidence an d mortality of coronary heart disease.Reducing the level of the blood uric acid an d TC is helpful to reduce the morbidity and mortality of coronary heart disease.T here is a positive correlation between SUA and TC,LDL-CBMI,FBG;there is a ne gative correlation between SUA and HDL-C.Reducing TC,LDL-C,BMI,FBG,TG,or increasing the level of HDL-C is helpful to control the level of the blood uric a cid.
