Objective: Coronary artery disease(CAD)is one of the diseases that endanger human health. There are many risk factors leading to coronary artery disease. With the development of the times, many new factors affect the occurrence and development of coronary artery disease.Studies have shown that Hyperuricemia(HUA)may be one of the important risk factors. This study aims to study the effect of hyperuricemia on the incidence rate of coronary artery disease and the relationship between hyperuricemia and the severity of coronary artery disease. To provide a new basis for the joint diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease. Methods: 1.The subjects of the study were 907 patients who were hospitalized in the department of cardiology of our hospital and underwent coronary angiography. The selected cases were divided into coronary artery disease group and non-coronary artery disease group according to the diagnostic criteria of coronary artery disease, and into hyperuricemia group and non-hyperuricemia group according to the presence or absence of hyperuricemia. The general conditions of the patients were recorded, such as age, sex, serum creatinine(Scr),fasting uric acid(UA),fasting blood glucose(FBG),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total bilirubin(TBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL),indirect bilirubin(IBIL),body mass index(BMI),smoking history, drinking history, and coronary angiography results.Gensini score was used to evaluate the degree of coronary artery stenosis. To analyze the relationship between hyperuricemia and the incidence rate and severity of coronary artery disease.2.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of data.Metrological data, which conform to normal distribution, are expressed by mean number and standard deviation, while those which do not conform to normal distribution are expressed by median and quartile spacing;Counting data is expressed by rate.T test or rank sum test was used to compare the two groups of measurement data. The counting data were compared by chi-square test.Chi-square test was used to analyze the relationship between hyperuricemia and the incidence rate of coronary artery disease.Logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of coronary artery disease.Kendall's tau-b correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between each variable and the severity of coronary artery disease. The difference was statistically significant when P < 0.05.Results: 1.There were significant differences in age, smoking history, drinking history, creatinine level, uric acid level,HDL-C,FBG between CAD group and non-CAD group.2.There were significant differences in sex, age, smoking history, drinking history,BMI,creatinine level,TG,HDL-C between HUA group and non-HUA group.3.In HUA group, the proportion of CAD was 78.5%.In the non-HUA group, the proportion of CAD was 71.9%.In CAD group, the proportion of HUA was 28.9%,and the mean value of uric acid was 332.32 mol/L.In the non-CAD group, the proportion of HUA was 22.2%,and the mean value of uric acid was 312.19 mol/l.4.Among the 15 independent variables included in the study, uric acid, age, smoking history, drinking history and FBG are risk factors of coronary artery disease,HDL-C is protective factor of coronary artery disease. For every additional unit of uric acid, the risk of coronary artery disease increases by 0.2%.After correcting for age, smoking history, drinking history,GLU,HDL-C and other factors, uric acid was found to be an independent risk factor for coronary artery disease.5.Uric acid, age, smoking history, drinking history,FBG are positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease,HDL-C is negatively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease.TBIL,DBIL and IBIL have no significant correlation with the severity of coronary artery disease. Conclusions: 1.Uric acid, age, smoking history, drinking history and FBG are risk factors of coronary artery disease,HDL-C is protective factor of coronary artery disease.Uric acid, age, smoking and FBG are independent risk factors for coronary artery disease.2.The incidence rate of coronary artery disease in hyperuricemia patients is higher than that in non-coronary artery disease patients. And with the rise of uric acid value, the incidence rate of coronaryartery disease also increases correspondingly.3.Uric acid, age, smoking history, drinking history and FBG are positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease,HDL-C is negatively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease.TBIL,DBIL and IBIL have no significant correlation with the severity of coronary artery disease.
