Objective:In order to study the correlation between traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types of coronary artery disease, related factors and the five internal organs,by the epidemiological surveyMethods:By using a cross-sectional model, We mainly adopt the form called "Clinical Qestionnaire for Traditional Chinese Medicine Etiology and Syndrome of Coronary Artery Disease "to collect patients’ data.By visiting Dongzhimen Hospital, Anzhen Hospital, China Japan Friendship Hospital, which were three-grade class-A hospitals between 2013 to 2014,we carried out a total of 400 cases investigation, then we establish the database to analyze the relationship between coronary heart disease (CHD) chest pain onset regularity and the five internal organs. Results:The study included 400 cases, after it analyzed the outcome as follows:(1) the correction between gender differences and the five solid organs:① There are differences between the involving organs in sex distribution among patients with coronary heart disease, men were more likely than female patients with coronary heart disease combined spleen dysfunction problems. ②Age distribution of patients with coronary heart disease has more closely the relationship with the liver.(2) The correlation between coronary heart disease and the five solid organs:The survey collected 400 cases, involving the distribution of internal organs as follows:Cardiac 395 cases (98.75%) was related, liver 101 cases (25.25%)was related, spleen 203 cases (50.75%)was related, lung 12 cases (3%)was related, kidney 117 cases (29.3%)was related. Coronary heart disease combined with hepatic dysfunction was 68 cases (17%),17 cases of digestive diseases was combined (4.25%),19 cases of respiratory disease was combined(4.75%),16cases of renal dysfunction was combined(4%). There are no obvious relevance and consistency between the five solid organs and the combined organs.(3)The risk factors of coronary heart disease distribution between the five solid organs: ①Abdominal obesity was positively correlated with the liver and the spleen.②The correction between hypertension and spleen is greater than the other four organs. ③The correction between diabetes and lung is greater than the close four other organs. ④Hyperlipidemia was positively correlated with the heart and the kidney.⑤Smoking has the most obvious influence in the spleen. ⑥Lacking of exercise has the most obvious influence in the liver, spleen.(4)CHD syndrome element distribution difference among the five solid organs:① Qi deficiency is more related to the liver. ②Deficiency of blood is more related to the liver, the spleen and the kidney③ Yin deficiency is more related to the liver, the spleen and the kidneys. ④ Yang deficiency is more related to the heart, the lungs and the kidneys.⑤ Hanning function is more related to the liver, the spleen and the kidney. ⑥ Heat evil is more related to the liver, the spleen and the lungs. ⑦Qi stagnation is more related to the liver and the spleen. ⑧Blood stasis has no relation to the solid organs. ⑨Phlegm is more related to the liver, the spleen and the kidneys. ⑩Water to drink has obvious relationship with the five solid organs.Conclusion:(1) Factors related to the heart:hyperlipidemia, Yang deficiency and water to drink. (2) Factors related to the liver:age, abdominal obesity, deficiency, blood deficiency, deficiency, Hanning, heat evil, qi stagnation, phlegm, drinking water, left anterior descending artery. (3) Factors related to the spleen:gender, abdominal obesity, high blood pressure, smoking, blood deficiency, yin deficiency, Hanning, heat evil, qi stagnation, phlegm, water to drink. (4) Factors related to the lung:diabetes, Yang deficiency and heat evil, phlegm, water to drink. (5)Factors related to the kidney:hyperlipidemia, blood deficiency, yin deficiency, yang deficiency, water to drink. |
