Objective:To explore the influence of coronary heart disease with hyperuricemia on the severity of coronary artery disease and TCM syndromes,as well as the related factors affecting the level of serum uric acid in patients with coronary heart disease,to clarify the correlation between sex, age, weight, smoking and the level of serum uric acid, the correlation between serum uric acid level and the severity of coronary artery disease; To discuss the distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with coronary heart disease and hyperuricemia. To provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease with hyperuricemia by traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:From January to October in 2018,selecting 287 inpatients with coronary heart disease, including those with hyperuricemia, were diagnosed by coronary angiography in the department of cardiovascular medicine of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and other comprehensive third-class A hospitals. There are 149 inpatients who have coronary heart disease with HUA and 138 with NHUA.Using prefabricated clinical research tables to collect their ages, heights, weights, numbers of smoking, coronary angiographic results and TCM syndrome classifications of the patients were collected and analyzed statistically.Coronary angiography uses Gensini's score standard to assess the coronary artery severity. The level of serum uric acid in 2 days in men was higher than 420 micromol/L and that in women was higher than 360 micromol/L,which was defined as hyperuricemia.BMI value judges.physical condition.TCM syndrome classifications refer to the Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicine in Treating Coronary Heart Disease Angina.Results:1.The level of serum uric acid in males is higher than that in females. In the age group, the highest level of serum uric acid was found in patients over 76 years old.The level of serum uric acid was the highest in patients with BMI(>28.00).The highest level of serum uric acid was found in smoking group(more than 30 cigarettes per day).2.Gensini score of patients with coronary heart disease combined with hyperuricemia was higher than that of patients with coronary heart disease.P<0.01,the difference has significant statistical significance.3.In the group of coronary heart disease complicated with hyperuricemia, the number of patients with Phlegm Turbid Syndrome was the largest, followed by Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome; In the coronary heart disease group, the number of patients in the Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome was the largest, followed by Cold Coagulation Heart Pulse Syndrome. There was no significant difference between the two groups.4.In the coronary heart disease group with hyperuricemia, the blood uric acid level was the highest in the Phlegm Turbid Syndrome.P<0.05,the difference has statistical significance.5.In the coronary heart disease group with hyperuricemia, the highest Gensini score was found in the Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome.P?0.01,there was significant difference between the two groups.6.In patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperuricemia,in terms of serum uric acid level, the Gensini score of 540.1-600?mol/L group was the highest, and the degree of coronary artery disease was the most serious.P<0.01,which was statistically significant.7.In single factor analysis, the differences between ages, gender,Cold Coagulation Heart Pulse Syndrome and Phlegm Turbid Syndrome in the coronary heart disease group with HUA and NHUA have statistical significance(P<0.05).In the analysis of independent related factors, gender,Cold Coagulation Heart Pulse Syndrome and Phlegm Turbid Syndrome are an independent factor influencing the outcome.Conclusions:1.Males,ages and the number of smoking will affect the level of uric acid in blood.Males, elder and smoking more than 30 cigarettes per day will add the level of uric acid in blood in patients with coronary heart disease.2.Gensini score of patients with coronary heart disease combined with hyperuricemia was higher than that of patients with coronary heart disease. The level of uric acid in blood can affect the coronary artery severity. For patients with coronary heart disease, the blood UA level should be observed and followed up,and the prognosis of patients should be improved by controlling the blood UA level.3.The most common Phlegm Turbid Syndrome in patients with coronary heart disease and HUA.At the same time,Cold Coagulation Heart Pulse Syndrome and Phlegm Turbid Syndrome in patients with coronary heart disease combined with hyperuricemia are the independent influencing factors of hyperuricemia combined with hyperuricemia.More attention should be paid to UA level in patients with phlegm turbidity syndrome of coronary heart disease, and TCM intervention based on syndrome differentiation should have positive significance in improving the prognosis of patients.
