Among MSM Population Anal HPV Genotyping Research And The Analysis Of Related Factors

Objectives This study aims to explore the infection among MSM crowd anal HPV gene subtype and its distribution,analysis of the related risk factors for anal HPV infection among MSM crowd,thought that the early clinical prevention and treatment of HPV infection among MSM population provide powerful basis.Methods From September 2014 to August 2016 in Qingdao University establishing affiliated hospital of sexual health center testing(STD clinic,Shandong province VCT testing clinic,national sentinel detection unit),Qingdao among MSM the project team recruitment and dermatology clinic actively seeking treatment of anal canal condyloma acuminatum now(condyloma acuminatum,CA)among MSM as the research object.through the way of one to one anonymous questionnaire interviews to obtain social demographic and behavioral characteristics of study population and other related information,collection of research object venous blood for HIV serology detection,with PCR technology for acquisition of anal swab specimens tested for HPV gene subtype,testing a total of 23 genotypes,including 18 kinds of high-risk type(HPV 16,18,31,33,35,39,45,51,52,53,56,58,59,66,68,73,82 and 83)and five kinds of low-risk type(HPV6,11,42,43,81).Risk factors analysis using single factor and multiple factors Logistic regression analysis.Results Collect cases 167 cases,including complete questionnaires,extraction of venous blood collection and anal swabs from a total of 116 cases,cases for effective.The results showed that:1.Research objects between the age of 18 to 52 years,the average age was29.41±6.86.The main social demographic characteristics,according to the analysis of 20 to 29 age group,the high school or technical secondary school culture,unmarried and living alone among MSM population,compared with high-risk HPV infection;2.116 patients HPV infection out of 82 cases,infection rate of 70.69%,some samples there are multiple HPV infection.3.The typical CA patients accounted for 79.27%,positive rate in group was the highest,accounted for 36.92%,multiple infections with HPV6 and HPV11 in the highest risk of infections,accounting for 6.15%;Flat CA patients(20.73%),with HPV16 infection rate is highest,accounting for 25.53%,mainly in the multiple infections HPV6 + HPV16 positive infection rate is highest,accounting for 11.76%;4.High risk type HPV subtypes to HPV16 infection positive rate is highest,accounting for 24.14%;Low-risk type distribution of HPV subtypes,with HPV6 positive rate is highest,accounting for 18.10%;HPV in the high-risk group of merger HIV positive ratio of59.62%(31 cases),significantly higher than the HPV positive proportion in the low-risk group 30.00%(9 cases),the more significant difference between groups(P < 0.05),statistically significant;5.High risk type HPV infection in patients with HIV infection significantly higher risk of HPV subtype low latent infection of patients(P < 0.05),the Pearson test analysis,high-risk type HPV infection with HIV infection was significantly positive correlation(r= 0.4325,P < 0.05);6.Multiariable Logistic regression analysis revealed that,nearly three months had anal sex or the number of male sexual partners 10 people,and have been sexually transmitted diseases related symptoms,and anal canal among MSM crowd pointed condyloma patients HPV infection have significant correlation(P < 0.05).Conclusion Recruiting object of study of HPV infection rate 70.69%,among them and HPV 16 are the common genetic subtypes,and the risk factors of anal HPV infection in MSM may be significantly related to the number of male sexual partners and symptoms related to STD,as soon as possible to carry out targeted intervention is important for early prevention and control of HPV infection among MSM population.
