Objective:To investigate HPV virus infection rate in the crowd of 1900 patients. To analyse HPV subtypes's distribution in different cervical lesions and to explore the relationship between HPV subtypes, age and kinds of cervical lesions in order to provide data for theoretical depth study and for the development of prophylactic HPV vaccines which is suitable for local region.Method:Retrospectively ananlyzing the HPV subtype infection results of 1900 people who visiting obstetric and gynecologic department of the second affiliated hospital of Chongqing medical university from November 2009 to December 2010。There are 426 cases doing biopsy. We identify relationship about cervical lesions on subtype infection and multiple infection respectively. Results:The first part: ①1900 cases of HPV-positive samples were detected in 726 cases, the total detection rate of 38.2% (726/1900), 21 subtypes were detected in 23, high risk type and low-risk type 44, MM4 not detected. 726 cases of high-risk subtypes of HPV-positive patients, 413 cases, accounting for 56.9% of total infections (413/726), low-risk subtypes of 177 cases, accounting for 24.4% (177/726), high-risk low-risk 136 patients with mixed infection, accounting for 18.7 % (136/726).②726 cases of HPV-positive patients aged 21-30 years showed (44.7%) and 31-40 years (46.4%) HPV-positive women age the detection rate is higher than other groups. The second part:①423 subjects in 1900 cases routine HPV cervical biopsy, reported as 122 cases of CIN and cervical cancer, HPV-positive rate increased with the degree of cervical lesions gradually increased.②Cervical lesions, the most common type is HPV-16, and then were 58,52,33,18. With the increasing severity of cervical lesions, HPV16 type of detection rate on the rise in cervical cancer patients, HPV16 clear edge type.Conclusion:726 cases were detected in specimens of 1900 cases of HPV infection, the total detection rate of 38.2%;.The positive rate of HPV cervical lesions increased with the show gradually increasing trend。With the increasing severity of cervical lesions, HPV16 type of detection rate on the rise in cervical cancer patients, HPV16 type have the clear advantage.
