Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Bell Facial Paralysis In Acute Stage By Well Point Bloodletting Puncture Combined With Stellate Ganglion Block

Objective: This study used a randomized method,after the well point bloodletting with stellate ganglion block(stellate ganglion block,SGB)in treatment of acute Bell facial paralysis clinical effect and routine acupuncture method were compared,the purpose is to explore the well point bloodletting with stellate ganglion block(stellate ganglion,block,SGB)whether the efficacy of acupuncture treatment in the acute stage of Bell facial paralysis is better than the ordinary.Methods: In this study,we selected 92 patients with acute Bell facial paralysis in Second Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from September 2014 to October 2016.According to the random number table method,which can be divided into study group and control group,46 cases in each group.The basic treatment of two groups of patients were given prednisone,famciclovir,and Mecobalamin Capsules vitamin B1,study group in acute stage given blood bleeding and stellate ganglion block(stellate ganglion,block,SGB),after the acute stage treated with conventional acupuncture treatment;control group acute Only give the basic period of drug treatment,after the acute stage treated with conventional acupuncture treatment.Two groups were observed in patients with age,duration,gender,etiology,degree of paralysis in front of two groups of patients and the sick side,two groups of patients before and after treatment the eyes,forehead wrinkles depth,nasal vestibule activity closed situation the situation in the tooth,mouth askew,nasolabial sulcus depth,2/3 anterior tongue taste,whistling and drum cheek condition,ten were pain after ear and hearing cases,two groups of patients before and after treatment H-B total score,FDI score and two groups of patients.Results: Two groups of patients with age,sex,course of disease,there was no statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The two groups each kind of cause of the number of patients were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group before treatment,21 patients with mild to moderate facial paralysis,facial paralysis in 25 cases and 23 cases of the control group moderate facial paralysis,facial paralysis in 23 cases of patients with little difference,study group 22 cases on the right side,left side in 24 cases and control group of 24 cases on the right side,left side 22 cases,the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group before treatment of palpebral fissure size score,the amount of grain depth evaluation Points,nasal vestibular activity score,closed situation score,showing the teeth when the mouth askew score,nasolabial depth score,tongue 2/3 taste score,whistle and drum cheek status score,pain score after ear hearing,as compared with the control group were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).The research group after treatment of palpebral fissure size grading,depth of forehead wrinkle score,nasal vestibular activity score,closed situation score,showing the teeth when the mouth askew score,nasolabial depth score,tongue 2/3 taste score,whistle and drum cheek status score,pain score after ear,hearing score significantly The score is less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group before treatment,H-B total score,the score of social function and physical function scores and the scores of the control group were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group after treatment H-B total score was significantly lower than that of control group after treatment H-B total score was statistically.Significant differences(P<0.05).The study group the total efficiency of 97.83% was significantly higher than that of control group was 84.78%,and the number of effective cure were more than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group after the treatment of social work The score of the study group was significantly less than the control group,the study group after treatment was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Well point bloodletting with stellate ganglion block(stellate ganglion,block,SGB)the clinical curative effect of the therapy to the acupuncture treatment is superior to the ordinary,well point bloodletting combined with stellate ganglion block(stellate ganglion,block,SGB)therapy is worthy of clinical promotion.
