| Objective:The purpose of this study is to study the clinical effect of acupuncture and cupping at Yifeng point in the acute period on peripheral facial paralysis, and to establish a control group with conventional acupuncture,to compare the functional classification of House-Brackmann facial nerve, the quantitative table of symptoms and signs of facial paralysis, safety and other aspects,so as to explore the clinical value of acupuncture and blood letting at Yifeng point in the acute period, and to improve the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis To provide a better treatment plan, and provide scientific and objective basis for acupuncture combined with Yifeng acupoint puncture and cupping in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the proportion of 1:1.Each group had 30 patients. The two groups were treated with the same acupuncture scheme, once a day,one week as a course of treatment, one day off after six days of continuous treatment, four courses in total. In the first course, the observation group was treated with acupuncture at Yifeng point on the affected side, once every other day, three times in total. The control group was given to the general public Through acupuncture;the second to fourth course of treatment, the two groups only use the same acupuncture treatment plan, treatment to the end of the total course of treatment, before treatment,on the 14th and 28th days of treatment, according to the House-Brackmann facial nerve function rating scale, facial paralysis symptoms and signs quantitative table to evaluate the patients;statistical software spss18.0 to analyze the data.Results:(1)After statistical analysis, the cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 58.6%and 89.7%respectively,which were higher than that of the control group(34.5%and 79.3%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the effect of the observation group was.better than that of the control group.(2)House brackmann classification of facial nerve function, comparison within the group:before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001),and the two groups had significant curative effect;between the groups:28 days after treatment, the two groups The difference in functional classification was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.(3)Score of symptom and physical sign quantification table, comparison within the group:there was statistical significance(P<0.05)in scores before and after treatment in each group, and there was significant curative effect in both groups;comparison between groups,on the 14th day,the difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),on the 28th day,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the effect of the observation group was faster than that of the control group. Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with cupping at Yifeng point in the acute stage is effective in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. It can improve the symptoms of patients faster, with low cost, simple operation and high safety. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice. |
