Of Point Injection And Acupuncture For The Treatment Of Acute Stage Bear The Facial Paralysis Clinical Observation

This paper is divided into two parts of literature review and clinical research.1. Literature Review:The ancient literature mainly elaborated the cognition of the disease, etiology and pathogenesis, disease location, as well as clinical manifestations and acupuncture therapy. The modern literature includes two aspects of syndrome differentiation and clinic treatment. Western medicine literature includs two parts of pathogenic factors and therapies. Acupoint injection is maily about its characteristics and mechanism of action.2. Clinical Research:Objective:Through the comparement between the treatments of acupuncture combining with acupoint injection and the treatment of acupuncture combining with intramuscular injection in treating acute phase of Bell palsy, to judge the former whether there is any advantage than the latter.Methods:40patients selected were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with20cases respectively.Taking House Brackman (H-B) facial nerve function grading system for assessing the efficacy, observed the condition changes from acupuncturing the3th,6th,9th,12th.Outcome Measures:House Brackman (H-B) facial nerve function grading system; Clinical evaluation of the House-Brackmann symptoms rating scale.Results:1.The effection of treatment group after each period of treatment compared with those before treatment, differences were statistically significant in6th,9th,12th (P<0.01). Three times after treatment is no significant; The control group showed the statistically significant difference compared with those before treatment only in12th. Treatment of3th,6th, and9th is no significant(P>0.05).2. The treatment group compared with the control group:the three times treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05). In the6th,9th and12th treatment difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01). Treatment group curative effect is better than the control group. Twelve times after treatment, in the therapeutic group,5cases were cured,9cases with significant effect,5cases with effective results. The markedly effective rate was70%,The total effective rate was95%. In the control group,0 cases were cured,9cases with significant effect,5case swith effective results.The markedly effective rate was30%,The total effective rate was75%.Conclusion:1. Acupuncture combining with acupoint injection treating Bell palsy has good efficiency, and its effect is better than acupuncture combining with intramuscular inject ion.2.Acupuncture combining with acupoint injection worked quickly after three times.3. Acupuncture combining with acupoint injection could avoid the aggravating trend of acute phase of Bell palsy.
