Clinical Observition Of Yiyinzaoshi Lotion In The Treatment Of Yin Deficiency With Dampness Type Of Senile Vaginitis

ObjectiveIn this study, the Yin and dampness treatment lotion Yin fold er wet-type senile vaginitis, and set Shukang gel control grou p were observed the vaginal changes, TCM syndrome improve the situation and clinical efficacy, to observe its security, comp ared to its differences in efficacy, to explore the mechanism of its efficacy, preliminary evaluation of its effectiveness a nd safety.MethodsClinical data:in all cases is the September2011January2013Hubei Chinese medicine hospital outpatient diagnosis of senil e vaginitis patients,60patients were randomly divided into th e Yin and dampness lotion treatment group (treatment group) an d Shukang gel in the treatment group (control group),30cases in each group. Patients were age, illness, disease duration, cl inical symptoms, had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), comparable.(2) treatment:the treatment group method of administration:Yin and dampness parties, drug use raw Radi x30g, rehmannia root30g, Sophora20g, Treats20g, Angelica20 g, blood vine20g, the Kochia scoparia20g, Cnidium20g, add wa ter2500-3000ml, boiled for10a15min with a clean gauze fi lter out the dregs, pour the liquid in a clean bowl, then add b orneol5g, hot smoked bath outside the wash, every10-20min, night time, a total of two weeks medication; the control group medication:Shukang gel, rinse with water vulva, the supposito ry deep into the vagina once a night, each one, a total of medi cation for two weeks.(3) pre-treatment of the two groups of pa tients, the withdrawal after3days and one month after the wit hdrawal of the observation and recording time TCM Hou integral and efficacy evaluation, symptom scores, endocrine examination of vaginal cells, vaginal cleanliness and hormones levels were measured as indicators of effectiveness evaluation; blood, urin e, liver, kidney function, ECG as a security evaluation.Results(1) the study group and the control group before receiving treatment symptom scores, endocrine examination of vaginal cell s, vaginal cleanliness and hormone levels in the general data (age, duration of the disease, etc.) and determination of no si gnificant difference (P>0.05).(2) after the end of treatment, the two groups in symptom s cores, endocrine examination of vaginal cells, vaginal cleanlin ess significant difference (P>0.05).(3) The two groups after the end of treatment determination of hormone levels before and after treatment showed no signifi cant difference (P>0.05).(4) two sets of safety index of blood, urine, liver and kid ney function (ALT, BUN, Cr), ECG before and after treatment sho wed no significant difference (P>0.05).(5) research group and control group before and after treat ment of each indicator (symptom scores, endocrine examination o f vaginal cells, vaginal cleanliness) there were significant di fferences (P>0.05).(6)1month after treatment, the two groups recurrence rate is a significant difference between the study group and low re currence rate.ConclusionThe Yi Yin the dampness lotions and Shukang of gel can clip wet senile vaginitis treatment Yin Yin and dampness lotion dia lectical more accurate, its efficacy is superior Shukang gel co ntrol group, and reduced the relapse rate.
