The Research Of The Regularity Of Pharmacy On The Chinese Medicine Prescription Dictionary In Treatment Of Distention And Fullness

Objective: Through the use of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistance system(V2.5),respectively,to Chinese medicine prescription dictionary and the recent 5 years of modern literature in the treatment of fullness of the prescription drugs were summarized and analyzed,to explore the regularity of Chinese medicine in the treatment of distention and fullness,Methods:From the Chinese medicine prescription dictionary collected 1001 prescriptions,have been retrieved from the modern literature,entering Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary system(V2.5),analyze the frequency of drug use,the syndromes of the prescription,the core drug pair and the new drug prescriptions,summed up the regulation of prescriptions of Chinese medicine to control the fullness.Result: In the statistical analysis of distention and fullness,the syndrome of damp heat accumulation was most common,the second was the syndrome of spleen-stomach weakness,liver by the stomach and syndromes and cold syndrome.In the frequency of medication statistics,classified to warm tonic medicine,drug of regulating Qi flow,dampness and phlegm medicine,stomach fat and digestion drug,there are high frequency,high frequency of four properties statistics contains warm drugs and flat medicine,five flavors to acrid and bitter drug is high frequency,by the spleen,stomach,lungs have high frequency by the drug tropism;The prescription drug prescription treatment of distention and fullness of commonly used of tangerine peel and liquorice,tangerine peel and Chen Pihe woody,white atractylodes rhizome,Atractylodes rhizome and licorice root,ginseng and licorice;the medicine group is most closely associated with areca and woody,the Divine Comedy with tangerine peel,liquorice,Magnolia officinalis and dried orange peel;new prescription group analysis of candidate new prescription Magnolia-licorice-Atractylodes Atractylodes Croton,ginseng-ginger-cinnamonAsarum-aconite-pepper,radish seed-malt-Hawthorn-perilla-white mustard seed,Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Angelica-oreoselinum-notopterygium windproof,Scutellaria-gypsumGardenia-Coptis,cinnamon-Ginseng-ginger-Wu Zhu-Yu Asarum-pepper etc..Conclusion: Comprehensive research results,we can be obtained these the basic law,Qi dampness is the primary treatment of fullness;warm tonic is the key to the treatment of fullness;downward retrograde and vomiting,digestion and inflation is the main method for the treatment of fullness;modern pharmacological studies further confirmed the effect and mechanism of the prescription from research results obtained.
