On The Treating Patterns Of Diabetes In Chinese Medicine Dictionary

Objectives Through systematic analysis of the prescription for the diabetes in the Prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,utilizing the system software of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform,combining with the knowledge of Chinese medicine,this paper seeks the medication characteristics of the treatment of diabetes to guide the clinical practice.Methods Selected in the treatment of diabetes prescription from the dictionary of traditional Chinese medicine,the standard prescription into traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary system.By using statistical analysis method to analyze the frequency of diabetes drug therapy,on this basis,summarized the properties of high frequency drugs;Using the methods of association rules analysis,complex system entropy cluster and so on,analyzed the relationship between the drugs and found the new prescription,through the network to clearly show the relationship between medicine and drugs.Results 1 By screening,There are 514 prescription have been founded for treatment of diabetes;2 The medication frequency analysis showed that the use of Chinese medicine with frequency of more than 20 words include: ophiopogon root(179),radix trichosanthis(150),ginseng(147),coptis chinensis(139),poria cocos(119),prepared liquorice root(115),anemarrhrna(94),rehmanniae(88),astragalus membranaceus(73),schisandra chinensis(72),liquorice root(67),pueraria lobate(60),gupse(59),rehmannia glutinosa(56),scutellaria baicalensis(55),oriental waterplantain rhizome(54),concha ostreae(51),cortex lycii radices(41),cinnamomum cassia(40),angelica sinensis(39),cornus officinalis(35),black plum(33),endothelium corneum gigeriae galli(32),sophora flavescens(32),fossil fragments(29),ootheca mantidis(29),cucumber gourd root(28),radices paeoniae alba(28),trichosanthes kirilowii maxim(27),phellodendron bark(27),cuscuta chinensis(27),miniumite(26),dioscorea opposite(26),herba cistanches(25),the root bark of white mulberry(24),tree peony bark(23),bighead atractylodes rhizome(23),ginger(23),fushen(22),hairy antler(22),asparagus cochinchinensis(22),cimicifugae foetidae(21),radix scrophulariae(21),gardenia jasminoides(20).3 On the basis of frequency statistical analysis,the pharmacological analysis of the high frequency drugs showed that all the medicinal properties are sweet and bitter,the channel tropism is mainly attributed to the kidney(21),lung(20),spleen(20),stomach(18),followed by liver(16),mostly with cold resistance.4 Using the association rules analysis to study the regularity of combinational prescription,there are 112 drug combinations we have got,the frequency of the medicine couple on the top 10 are as follows: ophiopogon root,radices trichosanthis(83);ophiopogon root,ginseng(79);coptis chinensis,radices trichosanthis(71);ophiopogon root,coptis chinensis(63);ophiopogon root,poria cocos(59);ginseng,poria cocos(59);prepared liquorice root,ophiopogon root(55);prepared liquorice root,ginseng(52);ophiopogon root,anemarrhrena(51);radices trichosanthis,ginseng(51).5 Based on complex system entropy cluster,analysis of core drug combinations results extracted 40 core combinations of 3-4 drugs.6 Based on unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering,get 16 core combinations for the new prescriptions cluster,get 8 new prescriptions to treat diabetes.Conclusions In the dictionary of Chinese medicine,the prescription in the treatment of diabetes mainly to tonify deficiency,supplemented by clearing heat.From the aspects of yin and yang,qi and blood to supplement the virtual,using ginseng tonify qi and promoting fluid production,using rehmanniae preparata to enriching blood and nourishing yin,using ophiopogon japonicas to nourishing Yin,using antler to tonifying kidney and essence.Pay attention to tropism of taste combination in the treatment of diabetes.Application of warm drugs in the treatment of diabetes,in order to let the fire back to its origin and seeking Yin in Yang.Using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary system software to research the ancient prescriptions and the empirical formula,mining the potential relationship between drugs,provides a new way for the future research on traditional Chinese Medicine.
