Objective:To analyze the clinicopathological features of primary breast cancer patients and to explore the prognostic factors of patients with primary breast cancer. Methods:Selected from January 2000 to December 2015 by Tianjin Cancer Hospital surgery and clinical pathology diagnosis of breast cancer with lung cancer in128 cases of double primary cancer patients. The whole group is female. The incidence of primary breast cancer in patients with breast and lung were analyzed.According to the time interval, the patients with primary breast cancer and lungs were divided into primary primary carcinoma and heterozygous primary carcinoma. The clinical and pathological features and prognosis of the two groups were analyzed and compared.According to the order of incidence of breast cancer or lung cancer successively, divided into primary breast cancer and primary lung cancer primary lung cancer, the clinical pathological features were analyzed and compared, and to explore the prognosis of patients with secondary primary cancer factors.SPSS21.0statistical software was used for analysis. The comparison between the data was ?2The Kaplan-Meier method was used for survival analysis.Single factor analysis was performed using the Log rank test.Multivariate analysis was performed using the Cox proportional hazards regression model.P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:128 cases of breast, lung double primary cancer patients, accounting for0.2% of the same period of breast cancer(128/44705),the same period of 1% of women with lung cancer(128/12637).At the same time, there are 5 primary primary cancer, atypical double primary cancer has 123 people.Breast cancer as the first primary cancer with lung cancer in 113 cases, lung cancer as the first primary cancer with breast cancer in 15 cases.39% of patients complained of family history of cancer.63.2% of patients had amenorrhea.(0.00 <0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).The bronchoscopy, needle aspiration and operation were statistically significant(0.03(0.05 <0.05).There was significant difference(P <0.05)in the clinical stage of lung cancer(0.02 <0.05).The difference between the primary primary carcinoma of lung cancer and the primary primary carcinoma of lung cancer was statistically significant. The difference between the two primary cancer patients with primary lung cancer was lower than that of the primary cancer patients(P = 0.002).There was significant difference between the two groups(P = 0.00).The difference was statistically significant(P = 0.00)in patients with both primary and secondary primary cancer.(P = 0.00).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05)= 0.00).The age of first diagnosed cancer, the pathological type of lung cancer is the prognostic factor of patients(P <0.05).The age of diagnosis of breast cancer, histological grade of breast cancer, lung cancer pathological type of breast, lung double primary cancer patients with independent prognostic factors. The age of newly diagnosed cancer is higher, the histological grade of breast cancer is high, and the different pathological types of lung cancer are independent risk factors of poor prognosis of patients with primary breast cancer.Conclusione:1.A total of 128 cases of breast and lung primary cancer female patients, the median age of 59 years, accounting for 0.2% of the same period of breast cancer(128/44705),the same period of 1% of women with lung cancer(128/12637),of which Breast cancer as the first primary cancer with lung cancer in 113 cases, lung cancer as the first primary cancer with breast cancer in 15 cases.2.Because the clinical symptoms of lung cancer are often more hidden, often not found, usually found in the symptoms and then often caused by late stage,in which128 patients are the first breast cancer in the comprehensive treatment will be regularly reviewed,Review means include chest imaging examination, the discovery of lung lesions have a great effect. Therefore,we are for lung cancer detection, diagnosis, clinical stage, the largest diameter of the tumor, regional lymph node staging to analyze. In the first breast cancer and the first lung cancer self-examination or physical examination of lung cancer has a statistical significance;in bronchoscopy, needle aspiration, surgery, three kinds of lung cancer diagnosis of statistical significance;in the clinical stage of lung cancer Statistically significant;in the lung cancer regional lymph node staging has statistical significance.Because there are regular imaging studies,so can be found earlier in the occurrence of lung lesions. The difference between the two primary cancer patients with primary lung cancer and the primary lung cancer was statistically significant. The primary primary cancer patients with lung cancer had a poor prognosis in patients with primary primary breast cancer. At the same time, the difference between the two primary cancer and the heterozygous primary cancer was statistically significant. The age of first diagnosed cancer, lung cancer pathological type is the prognostic factors of patients.4.The initial age of diagnosis of breast cancer, breast cancer histological grade, pathological type of lung cancer is the breast, lung double primary cancer patients with independent prognostic factors.
