Surgical Treatment Of Dual Source Cancers Of Esophagus And Lung Cancer After Subtotal Gastrectomy

Esophageal cancer and lung cancer are common diseases in thoracocardiac surgery,but esophageal cancer is rare after subtotal resection of stomach,and lung cancer is even rarer.There is no report in the literature.In this paper,a case of double primary carcinoma of esophageal cancer and lung cancer after subtotal resection of benign gastric diseases was reviewed in order to increase the clinical understanding of complex multiple cancers.In this paper,three problems of esophageal cancer,double primary carcinoma of esophageal cancer and lung cancer and pulmonary infection after thoracic surgery were analyzed and discussed.This paper mainly discusses the selection of esophageal substitutes,the advantages and disadvantages of various surgical methods,the treatment of double primary cancer,the choice of surgical approach,and the lung and hand.On the basis of routine treatment,it was found that analgesia and sedation,mask oxygen inhalation and noninvasive ventilator assisted respiratory sequential therapy were used in intensive care unit at the same time,and antioxidant drugs were used in the treatment of pulmonary infection.The author believes that surgical treatment is the first choice and conservative treatment is the first choice for the treatment of esophageal cancer after subtotal resection of stomach.The method of operation can be performed with residual stomach instead of esophagus,colon or Jejunum instead of esophagus,and the most suitable esophageal substitute should be selected according to the clinical situation.The double primary carcinoma of esophageal cancer and lung cancer is the first choice for simultaneous surgical treatment and the second conservative treatment.For complex esophageal cancer,surgical treatment is still advocated.Treatment is the main treatment.
