Objective:To detect the level of coronary heart disease(coronary heart disease,CHD)of peripheral blood eosinophils(EOS)and high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP),to investigate the relationship between peripheral blood EOS and hs-CRP levels with coronary artery disease and prognosis. Methods:May 2016 to October the first hospital of Shanxi Medical University admitted to the Department of Cardiology,112 patients with CHD as the observation group,66 patients without CHD as the control group, the determination of peripheral blood EOS and hs-CRP levels were compared between the two groups, peripheral blood EOS and hs-CRP levels in the patients with CHD;according to the degree of coronary artery stenosis and lesion group, analyse the relationship between EOS and hs-CRP peripheralblood levels and the severity of coronary artery disease and the number of vascular lesions. Then the patients with CHD were divided into AMI group,UA group,SAP group and normal control group. The changes of peripheral blood EOS and hs-CRP levels were compared between the two groups. The patients were followed up for 3months to record the occurrence of MACE events. Results:The level of peripheral blood EOS in patients with CHD in the AMI group was lower than that in the UA group?SAP group and the control group, the hs-CRP level was significantly higher than that in the UA group?SAP group and the control group(P<0.05,table 2).The severity of coronary stenosis in EOS group was significantly different from that in mild stenosis group(P<0.05,table 3).Severe coronary artery disease and moderate stenosis group hs-CRP was significantly higher than that in mild stenosis group, there was significant difference between groups(P<0.05,table 3),the level of hs-CRP was positively correlated with the degree of stenosis(r=0.345,P<0.01);there was no significant difference in peripheral blood EOS and hs-CRP levels in the number of vascular lesions group(P>0.05).Using multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that hs-CRP(OR=1.385,95% CI:1.077-1.781,P=0.011),aTnI(OR=1.336,95% CI:1.067-1.674,P=0.011),NT-proBNP(OR=1.002,95%CI:1.077 ~ 1.781,P=0.011)were risk factors of MACE patients. Conclusion:There was a correlation between peripheral blood EOS and hs-CRP levels and coronary artery disease, the higher the hs-CRP level, the more severe coronary lesions;peripheral blood EOS levels in patients with AMI will be reduced;hs-CRP has prognostic significance for prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease.
