Objective: By measuring the changes of platelet distribution width(PDW),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),fibrinogen(FIB),eosinophils(EOS)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)of different coronary artery lesions. So as to provide some references for prediction, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with CHD.Methods: According to the clinical diagnosis guideline of coronary heart disease issued by the international society of Cardiology in 1979 and Coronary Angiography(CAG)examination,90 cases of CHD were diagnosed because the stenosis area is ?50%.Based on the number of coronary artery lesions, they were divided into single-vessel disease group(n = 32),two-vessel disease group(n = 30)and three-vessel disease group(n = 28).The Gensini score in patients with CHD were calculated, and 42 patients with normal CAG were taken as the control group. For each patient enrolled in the study, fasting blood samples were collected in the morning to detect the levels of PDW,ALP,FIB and EOS.The data obtained are processed and analyzed by statistical software.Results:1.There were significant differences in PDW,ALP,FIB,and EOS between the CHD group and the control group(p<0.05).The levels of PDW,ALP,and FIB in patients with CHD increased with the increase of the number of diseased coronary arteries, which showed significant differences among groups. The difference in EOS only between the threevessel disease group and the single-vessel disease group(p<0.05).2.The number of diseased coronary arteries was positively correlated with the levels of PDW,ALP and FIB{(r=0.791,p<0.05)?(r =0.560,p<0.05)?(r =0.549,p<0.05)},but negatively correlated with the level of EOS(r=-0.255,p<0.05).3.Gensini score was positively correlated with PDW,ALP and FIB levels{(r=0.559,p<0.05)?(r=0.574,p<0.05)?(r=0.542,p<0.05)},but negatively correlated with EOS levels(p<0.05).4.The multivariate regression analysis showed that the correlated intensity these markers were ALP,FIB,EOS and PDW one by one. Conclusion :1.Compared with the control group, the levels of PDW,ALP and FIB in the CHD group were significantly increased, and the levels of EOS were significantly decreased.2.PDW,ALP and FIB increased with the increase of the number of diseased coronary arteries and Gensini score, and they were positively correlated with the number of diseased coronary arteries and Gensini score.3.EOS decreased with the increase of the number of diseased coronary arteriess and Gensini score, and EOS was negatively correlated with the number of diseased coronary arteries and Gensini score.4.The multivariate regression analysis showed that ALP had the strongest effect on Gensini score of coronary artery stenosis.5.The combined detection of PDW,ALP,FIB and EOS has a certain clinical value for the evaluation of vascular lesions in early coronary heart disease.
