A Study On The Current Situation And Path Of Safety Culture Cognition Of Four Hospitals In Chongqing

Objectives:Through the investigation and research on the safety culture status of the four hospitals in Chongqing,this paper evaluates the cognitive level of the hospital staff's safety culture,analyzes the advantages area of the medical personnel's cognition,the factors that need to be improved and the safety culture level,and to explore the path of the safety culture of patients with a rational discussion.Content: This paper use the Chinese version of the hospital patient safety culture questionnaire(HSOPSC),randomly selected the Chongqing city and subordinate districts and counties of the two top three hospitals staff to investigate the survey,including the hospital leaders,middle management,general health care workers and non-clinical staff etc.Each hospital issued 130 copies,a total of 520,the recovery of valid questionnaires 479,the final recovery rate of 92.1%.The data were analyzed by Excel 2010 and SPSS 17.0.The analysis methods included general descriptive analysis,variance analysis and multiple linear regression analysis,and the positive response rate was calculated for each entry.Significance:The area of safety culture in four hospitals in Chongqing was investigated in the areas of "organizational learning and continuous improvement" and "cooperation in the same room".The positive response rates were 86% and 76% respectively.Among the 42 entries,there are 13 entries with a positive response rate of more than 75%;the areas to be improved are: "error non-punitive response","employee configuration" and "event reporting frequency" dimensions,positive response rates are 30%,33% and 40 %.In the 42 entries,there are 17 entries of the positive response rate of less than 50%;medical technician assessment score overall low;patient safety and cultural level and department class,whether the job and medical staff,such as the existence of different qualifications The factors that influence the safety level of patients' safety culture are: whether there is job,working form,length of service,extension of get off work,job category,education and whether to communicate with the patient,fitting the model to the patient safety culture total score of the interpretation of 35.4%.Promotion Method: Targeted reform should be given to items with lower scores by adopting improvement measures in six fields.1.Pay highly attention on leadership level.2.Invent assessment tools based on national conditions.3.Expand the inter-operable channel of the administrative and the executive.4.Allocate human resources scientifically.5.Increase medical staff's work satisfaction.6.Encourage non-punitive reports to errors.
