Analysis Of Colorectal Cancer Screening Among High Risk Urban People In Chongqing Nan'an

Obejective:To evaluate positive cases of colonoscopy screening among high risk urban people in Nan'an,Chongqing.Methods:Review and research high risk urban people underwent colonoscopy of screening during 2013-2016 in “Early diagnosis earlier treatment of cancer in China” project,and analyze the positive rate of all kinds of lesions.Results:Totally 435 patients underwent colorectal scope of screening were involved,141 positive cases were found,with total positive rate of 32.41%(141/435),among which male 47.47%(75/158),female 23.83%(66/277),polyps detective rate 28.74%(125/435),adenomatous disease detective rate 7.76%(33/425),adenocarcinoma 0.46%(2/435).The total positive rate of male was higher than that of female(?2 = 25.669349,P <0.01).Conclusion:Sequential screening method is important to discover colorectal diseases of high risk people.
