Objective:Colonoscopy screening for colorectal cancer incidence of high-risk groups in XiXiangTang area of Guangxi Nanning. We analyzed the preliminary results. Through the analysis of the results, the purpose of early prevention and early treatment for high risk groups was achieved.Method:Use the questionnaire survey as the primary screening method to determine the high-risk groups. Use full colonoscopy for further examination, do full colonoscopy screening to the high-risk groups in XiXiangTang of NanNing area for colorectal cancer and precancerous lesions. The diagnosis and prognosis of all lesions were based on the results of microscopic examination. The basic data and the lesion distribution was described. Use the SPSS 17.0 software to analysis the detection rate of all of the intestinal lesions. X2 test on the differences between various influence factors and the incidence of adenoma, with P<0.05 considered statistically significant.Results:725 cases were screened as high-risk groups in 14 months,684 cases included in the standard. Including 65 cases of adenoma and 41 cases of other lesions. The detection rate of 60-69 years old group is higher than 40-49 years old group (P=0.011), and the detection rate of the smoking group is higher than the non smoking group(P=0.008).Conclusion:The full colonoscopy screening can effectively detect precancerous lesions (adenomas) in high-risk groups. Old age is associated with the occurrence of colorectal adenomas, and smoking is a risk factor for colorectal adenoma.
