Clinical Observation On Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands (Stagnation Of Liver Qi And Phlegm Coagulation) With Chaishao Ruzeng Capsules

Objective:to evaluate the treatment of chaishao ruzeng capsule of mammary gland by perplasia(stagnation of liver qi and phlegm coagulation),the clinical efficacy and safety, compared with rukang capsule and placebo.Methods: Choose glandular hyperplasia with 64cases were randomly divided into the high doses group and low dose group, controlled placebo and rukang capsule group,16 cases of each. Test group; chaishao ruzeng high dose capsule:4 pill/times,3/day; chaishao ruzeng low dose group capsule:3 pill/times andl pill placebo capsules,3/day; control group:place-bo capsules;4 pill/times,3/day; rukang capsule;3 pill/times andl pill placebo capsules,3 /day;Above drugs (including placebo) are in menstrual cramps 7 to 10 days before began to use,menstrual withdrawal. For a period of treatment in 20 days, the interval 5-7 days, con-tinue to a second treatment. Fasting coke,coffee, chocolate. Two groups of patients treat for a period of two treatment, and observe treatment and statistical line.Results:1. Clinical curative effect comparison:the total effective rate of high doses group of mammary gland hyperplasia was 73.33%, and the total effective rate of low doses group of mammary gland hyperplasia was 66.67%, the total effective rate of the comparison of rukang capsules group of mammary gland hyperplasia was 62.5%, the total effective rate of placebo group was 0.00%, the three group that treated with drugs were better than placebo group, compared with significant difference (P<0.01), comparison between rukang capsules group and the high dose group and low dose, no significant difference (P>0.05), comparison between the high dose group and the low dose group, no significant difference (P>0.05)2. TCM Syndromes comparison; test the high-dosage groups to mammary gland hyper-plasia of the total effective rate was lower than dose group 93.33%, test of mammary gland hyperplasia total effective rate is intellectual, compared with placebo group to the mammary gland hyperplasia 18.75%, compared with the total effective rate of rukang capsule group of mammary gland ill for 93.75% total effective. Three groups of drugs and placebo groups were compared, three groups drugs significantly better than placebo group are controlled, with sig-nificant difference (P<0.01); The test high doses groups and test low doses groups and controlled rukang capsule group comparison, no significant difference (P>0.05). Experi-ment with low dose group high-dosage groups comparison, no significant difference (P> 0.05).3. After treatment, the total score comparison of TCM symptoms; TCM symptoms before and after the treatment of total score four TCM symptoms compared in the group, significant differences P<0.01, the four groups can be very good to improve clinical symptoms.Conclusion; Chaishao Ruzeng capsule in mammary gland hyperplasia is better in impro-ving the liver function, and can improve patients'symptoms effectively.
