| Objective: Observe xiaoshi oral liquid treating spleen and stomach with the clinical effect of the treatment of children with anorexia,preliminary discussion on xiaoshi oral liquid to promote gastrointestinal dynamics mechanism. For xiaoshi oral liquid used to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of infantile anorexia.Methods:1.Clinical research:Choose 200 cases of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine belongs to the spleen and stomach type of children with anorexia, randomly divided into two groups(Xiaoshi oral liquid group are 100 cases, jian-wei-xiao-shi pills group are 100 cases). Two groups of children on age,sex, course of the disease had no obvious difference.Treatment group given xiaoshi oral liquid, and the control group given jian-wei-xiao-shi pills, two groups of children are anteprandial take,early, middle and late three times, three weeks for a course of treatment.During treatment discontinuation other effects to observe curative effect of drugs,at the same time pay attention to the child’s diet.After 3 weeks observe children disease curative effect, the TCM symptom scores, the content of serum trace elements zinc, thus to evaluate curative effect of xiaoshi oralliquid and jian-wei-xiao-shi pills.After 3 weeks the clinical symptoms(appetite, spirit, complexion, stool and other indicators) the improvement were detected, and analysis the TCM symptom scores.2.Experimental research: Divides the 50 healthy rats into fivegroups stochastically, each 10 examples,gavage physiological saline, Mosapride, xiao-shi oral liquid of low dose, of medium dose and of high dose respectively for one week, then fasting for one day, take the orbital blood and measures MLT and GAS 30 minutes after the last administration. Another Experimental research uses the model of 60 healthy mice, treatment and group dividing all like the rats, the differences are time and method of specimen collection,after fasting for one day, all mice intraperitoneal injection of atropine 40 minutes after the last administration except the group of physiological saline, then gavage nutritional semisolid paste 20 later,and sacrificed mice to measure gastric emptying and intestinal propulsive rate.Result: 1.Clinical research:The xiao-shi oral liquid group shows satisfactory results, for recovery 43 patients, apparent effect 39, effective 12 and invalid 6,the total apparent efficiency rate 82% and a high effective rate of 94%.Compared to the jian-wei-xiao-shi pills group the results are in turn, the total apparent efficiency rate is 40% and effective rate is 77%.Comparing the two groups have significant differences, xiaoshi oral liquid group curative effect than that of jian-wei-xiao-shi pills have obvious advantages.In the two groups after treatment of TCM symptom score were obviously improved, and the TCM symptom integral xiaoshi oral liquid group to improve the situation is better than that of jian-wei-xiao-shi pills.The two groups after treatment serum zinc are improved, and xiaoshi oral liquid to improve the effect of serum trace elements of zinc is better than that of jian-wei-xiao-shi pills.All cases of observation are not found in the whole process in the treatment of adversereactions, such as blood in the urine routine,liver and kidney function before and after treatment the security indexes are within the normal range, there was no statistically significant difference before and after treatment comparison.2. Experimental research:Xiaoshi oral liquid and mosapride can obviously increase the rats gastrointestinal hormone(MLT,GAS) content,has the remarkable difference compared with normal saline group, the difference was statistically significant,and xiaoshi oral liquid to improve the rats gastrointestinal hormone(MLT, GAS) content is better than mosapride. Xiaoshi oral liquid and mosapride can obviously accelerate the rate of gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion in mice,has the remarkable difference compared with normal saline group, the difference was statistically significant, and xiaoshi oral liquid to speed up the rate of gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion in mice rate effect is superior to the mosapride.Conclusion: 1.Clinical research:Xiaoshi oral liquid and jian-wei-xiao-shi pills in anorexia has obvious curative effect,can improve the TCM symptom of anorexia integral and can increase the content of serum trace elements zinc,but xiaoshi oral liquid is better than that of jian-wei-xiao-shi pills,and drug safety, reliable and suitable for widely applied in clinic.2.Experimental research:Xiaoshi oral liquid and mosapride can obviously increase the rats gastrointestinal hormone(MLT, GAS content, can obviously accelerate the rate of gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion in mice, and the effect of xiaoshi oral liquid is better than mosapride, it has the effect to promote gastrointestinal movement. Gastrointestinal power shortage is the main factor of infantile anorexia, the experimental study shows that xiaoshi oral liquid have to promote gastrointestinal movement effect,provides a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of infantile anorexia. |
