The Clinical Observation Of Huazhengzhitong Tie On Breath Stagnation And Blood Stasis Of Dysmenorrhea Caused By Endometriosis

Purpose:To observe clinical effects of Huazhengzhitong Ti(eHZZTT) on Qi stagnation and blood stasis of dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis.Method:This subject adopts a patient's own symptoms score before and after the treatment of controlled observations method.We chose thirty patients from the hospital of Changchun Traditional Chinese Medicine University from march 2010 to march 2011. To the week before the menstruation the patients began using HZZTT,persist for 10 days,once a day, each time 12 hours, one month for one period of treatment.After three menstrual cycle according to dysmenorrhea degree rating criteria and decide curative effect.Results:After three menstrual cycles treatment,the degree of dysmenorrhea had significant relief,various accompany symptoms also got obvious improvement in 30 cases of endometriosis. Cures 2 cases,shows results 16 cases,the effective 10 cases,the invalid 2 cases,the total effective rate was 93.33%.Conclusion:HZZTT can alleviate Qi stagnation and blood stasis of dysmenorrhea a degree caused by endometriosis and its relevant clinical accompany symptoms. This method definite effect and deserves further research and promotion.
