Objective:Through clinical observation to preliminary evaluate the clinical efficacy of endometriosis dysmenorrhea with the different dose ways of Guizhifuling pills.Methods:68endometriosis pain are randomly divided into-two parts, treatment group and matched group.Each part is30. The Guizhifuling pills retention enema is used in the treatment group while the Guizhifuling pills take orally is used in the matched group. We observe the curative effect of two groups of patients, clinical signs and symptoms and the grades change.Results:1. After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group is91.18%,while the one of the matched group is73.53%percents, the treatment group is better. With the X2examination (P<0.05)and it has statistical significance.2.Two group patients clinical syndrome integration are better than the prior one. And the treatment group is better than the matched group.Conclusion:The Guizhifuling pills retention enema,which has better curative effect in the treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrhea, can effectively improve symptoms.
